    We were very specific and explained that we wanted the trees very lightly thinned to prevent storm damage. We also explained that the back maple in particular was our only tree shading the southwest exposure of the home. We were assured that only branches 1" to 1.5" would be removed. When they finished we were shocked to see 3 and 4 inch branches lying on the ground and the center and lower part of the tree essentially emaciated and massacred. We can no longer sit on the deck on hot sunny days as we lost most of the beautiful shade protecting it and the tree that was beautiful and full now looks terrible and somewhat unhealthy.

    We had a storm come thru that did a lot of damage on our property. 3 Large trees had to be totally removed, and many branches cut and removed from 3 other trees. Received around 4 estimates, and they were all about the same as far as pricing. So glad we went with Rich and the crew, as they were professional in regards to our yard (rock gardens, etc). They totally cleaned up, had the stump ground with in about 2 weeks after removing trees. They also filled in with black dirt, wherever our yard needed it. Landscaping bricks were put back in place, etc. VERY PROFESSIONAL DONE! THANK YOU.
