Matt is awesome! He is professional and knowledgeable. Has a sense of humor when I try to do things on my own and he has to rescue me (I have vowed to call him in future instead of costing myself time and money doing things incorrectly!). I would never think of using another plumbing company.
I'm hoping my efforts with communicating with them they will be more efficient in the future.The installer was polite and clean. A good job for sure!! ***3rd UPDATE*** The major problem is Julie in the office. She does not call you back...EVER!! I've been waiting now the 3rd time for a return call and after 2 months...Nothing! This problem has been going on for a year or very close to it. I'm done with them. The alarm on my battery back up that was newly installed doesn't work and for some reason Julie has yet to figure anything out. A simple phone call following up with me is all it would take. I'm not sure what else she has going on, but the customer suffers because of it. There is much more to my story that I wont get into because I'm a man of my word. I settled on a handshake when it could have been much worse for them and I get this in return. I'm all for small local business and that's why i went with them. Its sad
