Called them for repair- never got a call back. The first time I called them- they were lovely, they were busy but gave me a number of someone who could help me right away. Don't know why they never called me back the second time.

They were very frank about what needed to be done- even when it meant less business for them! (It was a better deal for me to buy a new one than have it fixed.) Nice people. Would work with them again.

We can’t give you 0 stars. Called & also left message on Fri. Dec. 29,2023 . Now it is Jan. 1, 2024 and know one has contacted us. So much for 24 hr service.

Really did an amazing job. Very happy to support a local business who do such good work. On time, super transparent about pricing, did great work. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Devin came out on time and prepared.......replaced the part causing the main issue and then diagnosed an additional issue and ran and got the additional part and got us up and running. Incredibly smart, professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend this company to anyone!!

They were unable to book an appointment to come to my home, but Beth went above and beyond in providing directions so that I could repair the minor issue on my own. Good luck finding customer service like that anywhere else. Needless to say, they will be the first call for help with my appliances in the future.

Was only quoted a $89 service fee when I called to schedule. After Roy came to the house and said the compressor is suppose to run all the time and there was really no diagnosis to fix my 'running all the time' issue, he asked for $89 plus $40 stating the $40 was for his time. Confused. He only lives a few blocks away. To me, a service fee and his time are basically the same thing.

Appliance Hero fixed my broken ice maker. They did not follow up when they said they would, which is why this is not a 5 star review. They were VERY reasonable on there pricing and I would not hesitate to use them again for kitchen appliances.

Our diagnosis was quick and accurate, and resulted in getting us a new fridge under extended warranty. We had a small hiccup with service that was quickly made right with no fuss. This is a delightful company to work with.

Well, we just found our AC/furnace/gas fireplace guy. We've lived in our home for over 4 years and we have tried several companies for servicing our furnace. Most of them charged way too much, and certainly did not go out of their way to provide information that we needed to know, that we didn't know we needed to know. You will struggle to find better customer service. I also love that they are a husband and wife team, and not a big corporate franchise, and yet they still managed to make a super last minute visit when our AC started to go out.
