I called over the weekend about my wash machine. They came out Monday afternoon! Devin is so professional and personable! I will definitely use this company again!!

We had our AC go out this weekend, and have been miserable with the 90+ degrees heat. We so appreciative Roy coming on a holiday weekend to help us out. We also appreciated them being completely honest about all costs and repairs throughout the whole process, while also giving us some helpful tips through it all. We highly recommend!!!

We are so thankful to have found Roy. He repaired our washing machine and dishwasher. We have older machines and did not want to part with them yet. He is helping us to be able to continue to use them and get many more years out of them. When he was here fixing the dishwasher, our kitchen sink had a problem of long standing and he was able to help us with that as well. He is affordable, efficient, kind, and professional. He followed up with us to make sure the washer and dishwasher were working. On top of all of that, he is not judgmental about the messy laundry room and kitchen!

I needed a pro to move a custom built-in refrigerator and had no idea who would do this. After most places tried to sell me something else, I used an internet search to find Appliance Hero. Roy came by that same day and figured out how to engage the wheels and move it. Fairly priced, friendly, and ready for anything. I would and will turn to him first for future appliance related needs.

Roy really is my hero! In addition to fixing my appliances, he teaches me about them. I feel safe having him in my home and talking with him about machines that intimidate me generally. I recommend Roy, my Appliance Hero to you.

My Husband and I bought a new dishwasher from Home Depot and paid to have it installed. Long story short they failed us and didn't show up to install it (they couldn't "find" our address). Meanwhile we have a new dishwasher sitting in the middle of our kitchen.

I spoke with Beth and she was so helpful and got us setup. Devin came out and was able to come a couple days sooner. He was polite, informative and took the time to make a couple quick but essential fixes that would save us issues in the future. I would 100% recommend this company. Home depots fail helped us stumble across this company and we will now being utilizing them for any future issues.

Our furnace went out right before my wife and I were due to go into the hospital to have our baby. Without a way to get into our home and being a mother herself, Beth personally came out to the hospital we were in, which was in Stillwater, to retrieve the key to get to work right away. Of course our furnace wasn’t going to be an easy fix and Roy went and retrieved the part needed to fix our furnace, even though it was out of the way and the store was close to closing. Their hard work and devotion to getting things fixed ensured that when we brought our baby home it wouldn’t be in a cold house. I can’t thank Beth and Roy enough for everything they did for us and I couldn’t recommend their services enough. If you are having furnace issues this is the company to get a hold of.

Roy recently repaired my washer and did a great job. Very reasonable and helpful. I will certainly call appliance Hero for all future appliance and air conditioning needs. I am also recommending them to my friends.

Our water heater failed in the middle of the night, leaking everywhere! By the next afternoon Roy was done hauling away the old tank and set up the new one. He was respectful of our home and left us no mess. Customer service was far beyond my expectations. I can't recommend Appliance Hero enough.

Roy from Appliance Hero is amazing! We desperately needed a new AC system installed and he was able to come out the day we called him to obtain a quote then he installed the equipment the next day! He was also able to come out at night to accommodate my work schedule. Roy will be my future contact to save any of my appliances!

I would highly recommend Appliance Heron to anyone who is in a bind and needs quick and affordable help with a range of items. Roy quickly diagnosed and fixed our dryer which was having issues in under an hour of him arriving. Very easy scheduling process. They made sure all of my questions were answered before getting off the phone, and again before leaving my home. We will be using them again in the future.

Roy installed a new air conditioner for my home. He is very knowledgeable about heating and cooling systems, and helped me pick the right-sized unit. He showed up on time, and followed up on every item, including pulling a mechanical permit as well as submitting the warranty and energy rebates. I've got a 20+ year old furnace, so I'll be calling on Appliance Hero when that needs to be replaced, as well. Thank you Roy, for a job well done!
