I highly recommend George for your A/C and heating needs! He's replaced 2 furnaces and 1 A/C unit at my place of business and did a great job! Arrived on time and cleaned up after he was done!

I was having issues with my furnace on a very cold day in December. Made the call and spoke with Matt who arrived within 30 minutes. Didn't take long for him to diagnose the problem and had my furnace up and running in no time. Matt is a great guy and will take good care of you.

I can't say enough about the excellent experience I had with this HVAC team during my heating system tune-up. They arrived punctually, with their tools ready, and wasted no time getting to work. The technician was friendly and clearly knowledgeable, taking the time to explain what he was doing and why it mattered. After about 45 minutes, my system was running more efficiently than it had in years. I’m definitely planning to call them again for future maintenance needs.

Very expensive service call compared to other companies, and asked for payment up front. We decided not to go with this company.

They explained the entire maintenance process step-by-step, even showed me how to clean my own outdoor coil safely. Empowering and super helpful!

Update: February 2024 - They changed their name! This company was formerly called “Bolts Heating and Cooling LLC” - just read the reviews. Long story short, they owe me $8k and won’t call me back. AVOID THIS COMPANY NO MATTER WHAT!!!

Update: 11/7/2023 - 4 months after Bolts took my money and stopped returning my calls, they continue to add fake 5 star reviews to a fake business page. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

Update: 9/20/2023 - Still have not been contacted by Bolts in over 2 months to resolve this issue. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

1. They are NOT a local company! Based out of IL/MO and you'll be routed to a call center in the Philippines when you call. Don't believe me? If they are a legit "LLC" they must be registered with the state. A quick search on the secretary of state site works.

2. Have not been around for 20 years and THERE IS NO LOCATION AT 1450 PARK IN CHANHASSEN.

3. The call center will sell you an annual subscription to Premium Home Service, masked as a house call fee. Google Premium Home Service.

4. Google Revies are FAKE. All 5 Star reviewers have only reviewed this fake business. Update: google has removed 8 fraudulent reviews!

I AM local and I paid for equipment that was not installed, they refuse to respond to any communication from me and I have not been refunded for the equipment!

I have contacted the MN Attorney General, the IL Attorney General, Carver County Sheriff, their attorney and they add new FAKE 5 Star reviews each week.

Am a loyal customer to Bolts Heating and Cooling LLC. Their service is professional and efficient. The technician who came to our home recently for the furnace repair was very knowledgeable and skilled and could not have been more pleasant. So refreshing to have them as my go-to HVAC company!

Our thermostat started to act up-to where our heat would not shut off. I had called another company- who made me feel they did not want my business. I then contacted Bolts Heating and Cooling, who not only made me feel like a valued customer, they came out the very next morning. Tech explained what was going on with our thermostat and had it fixed in a timely manner. Extremely happy with the service we received.

Bolts Heating and Cooling LLC installed a complete heating system in our 30 year old small house that only had two old wall heaters and a wood burning chimney. This happened after my cousin highly recommending them who advised me that their service come at a reasonable price. He was right and we were thrilled with the entire experience. I had previously called 4 different companies and got a wide range of estimates. The crew that installed the heater covered up, cleaned up and treated our house like it was theirs. If you have heating or air conditioning needs save time and call Bolts Heating and Cooling LLC first. We definitely feel we got the best quality work for a very reasonable prices.

Took the plunge on geothermal. Crew handled the complex ground loop drilling flawlessly, coordinated with the well company and integrated it with our existing ductwork. The constant, even temperature and minuscule operating costs are incredible.

I just had a great experience with Bolts Heating and Cooling LLC yesterday. Josh was here some days before the installation to inspect on my furnace. He found that our heating coil had cracks in it and was considered unsafe. I immediately started the process of installing a new one. He was so helpful with the selection of a better unit and gave great advice. The installation work was great and very clean and I didn't have to clean up after them once they were gone. All in all a GREAT experience. I would highly recommend Bolts Heating and Cooling LLC to anyone!!!

They saved me 3K!
When my 18year old heater went out I called another well known HVAC company in the area. They were very prompt and professional but gave me a quote that seemed high. I called Peak and they quoted $3,000 less for the same equipment and service. They came out promptly, installed the new furnace and removed the old one. They left the work area in better shape than they found it and the install was super clean. The final price was not a penny more than the quote they gave over the phone. When your heater goes out in MN in the winter you are stuck. Glad there is a company out there that not only does great work , but also has integrity.

I came home from vacation, to the AC not working, and with temps on the rise, I was not optimistic about getting service quickly. But I called Monday morning, 8:15 am, someone answered on the second ring, quickly pulled up our service record, and scheduled a tech for 10:00 am! They even called to say the tech was running late and would arrive at 11:00--which the very nice young man did. And he cleared the mouse nest, fixed the wires and checked the unit out, and was done in an hour. Very reasonably priced too. I am SO amazed that this happened in the current environment of short labor pools, etc. I highly recommend this company!
