Never showed up after an hour of waiting
I have had a very hard time getting anyone to get back to me about my HVAC unit. I've called every day this week with no response. The people seem nice, but unfortunately, my situation is dire. I have mold in my HVAC and I need it replaced to help me feel better. I'm not even living in my condo, so it's VERY frustrating to not get any response. They're one of the only commercial companies in town, so I'm kind of stuck.
US Mechanical was contracted by the condo association to upgrade a valve on an heating/cooling unit. Jeff, the technician performed the work while I wasn't home, 7/7/2023. He was in my unit from 11:55am - 12:51pm. At 1:54pm the neighbors multiple floors below called association to report water leaking into their unit. The leak was found to be coming from my unit. The leak was from a pipe connected to the new valves that were replaced by US Mechanical. The technicians came back to perform the fix/repair and had the audacity to charge me and refuse the insurance/subrogation claim against them. Disappointed in US Mechanical for refusing to take responsibility for the cost of the damages.
