I highly recommend Encore Heating & Cooling! The owner John and his employees are all top-notch at what they do and are extremely kind and helpful. We've had them to our house numerous times and recommend them to our neighbors, family & friends!! We've even had instances where they've helped us troubleshoot over the phone in emergencies. Excellent service!!

We have used Encore multiple times now and every experience has been wonderful! They serviced our aging AC & furnace multiple times over the years to keep them going effectively. And when it came time to replace both recently, we knew they’d do a great job for a fair price. They are experienced, professional, and good communicators. We are lucky to have a local business we can trust!

We have a 1 yr old house, and an issue arose that we didn’t know to deal with. We called at 5:15 at night, and Jon called back right away. He was able to come over that same night around 7. He helped us understand all of our heating & cooling equipment, answered all our dumb questions. He told us what needs to be done now, as well as in the fall. We signed up for his Happy House Club so we don’t need to worry about anything.
The following day a technician came out, took care of our issue, and even when we had a concern & contacted Jon, he came out again to explain what was done.
I will recommend Encore Heating and Air to everyone. Excellent service, fast & very friendly.

We just had Encore come out to give us a second opinion on repairs for our AC unit. Yesterday, we had another big name company come out and they quoted us for thousands of dollars and the repair couldn’t be made for a couple days as they needed to order a part, which made us question getting a whole new AC unit. John came out and was very professional and considerate. He was able to fix our AC immediately and for only a couple hundred dollars. The other company wanted to replace a part that wasn’t even broken! We are so grateful for the honesty and for them buying us some more time with our current unit. We will definitely be using them in the future!

They came twice for 2 different calls. One was the furnace tune-up and the other was for a infloor heating problem. I was confident of them and they did a good job...twice!

Jon and the crew are great. I've got a new furnace, AC, air Exchanger, and Zone First damper system from Encore. Their customer service is excellent.

The service tec came to my house for an inspection and completely dismantled my furnace without even testing the carbon monoxide. He told my wife that the heat exchange was defective and we needed a new furnace. I called another company and their service tec said that the heat exchanger could have been replaced as the brand of furnace I had, had a lifetime warranty on the heat exchanger. It could have been replaced for the labor cost, but after the Encore tec destroyed my furnace the system needed to be replaced. My take on this is they are more interested in selling furnaces than fixing them and the difference in their prices is 30 to 40% higher.

I highly recommend Encore for their professionalism, experience, and friendliness. I wanted my water heater drained and cleaned. The work was done quickly and neatly. Will definitely contact them in the future to service my entire HVAC system. Very reasonably priced, too!

This was a great experience. The installation was done in a very clean, professional manner and Mike was very patient and thorough in explaining the set up and how to use the new system. Just had a furnace check up and needed a new igniter and flame rod. Sarah did an exceptional job. She was very professional and personable. Sarah showed us the difference between the good part and bad part. The work was done on a timely basis and we would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Encore for any heating and air needs. 👍
