Out with the old, in with the new!

While this replacement was not on the 2025 BINGO card or welcomed... We are incredibly happy with the speed in which Encore Heating and Air not only came to assess the old furnace, talk us through our options and install the new 2 stage system, all in less than a 48 hour span!

The space heaters provided to keep the house warm were an added bonus to the already top notch service. Jonny and the crew to the rescue again! ❤️

RIP Lennox, you lived a solid 25 years, and have earned your place in the furnace scrapyard in the sky! 😂😂

AC July 2025:
Shout out to John and Encore Heating & Air! Last night, our AC decided to take an undeserved "nap" which left us melting in our 80 degree (and rising) house. Anyone who knows me, knows I keep my house at 67 year round. So needless to say, it was not a welcomed temp! 🥵 We called Encore to see if we could get a tech out sooner rather than later and Johnny to the rescue at 11pm, and in the rain no less!!! 10 out of 10 on the quick fix, and 20 out of 10 on the above and beyond customer service!! You saved my sanity, and quite possibly our marriage (kidding on that part 😂).THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU! Highly recommend if you're in need of repairs! Don't waste your $ on sub standard overpriced service from the other guys, Encore is where it's at!!!

We hired Encore to do routine maintenance on our 25+ year old furnace. Upon their inspection, they found cracks in the heating exchange which was an alarming safety concern. Because of this, we needed a new furnace and Encore went above and beyond to inform us of our options and replace our furnace promptly. They were extremely easy to work with and provided exceptional service. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing HVAC services.

We missed our annual furnace check up last year, so when Encore came out they found a significant repair needed on our 1997 unit. We were given options for repairs and replacement and chose to upgrade. Our new A/C will get installed in May. The options, communication, professionalism, and quick installation was why we will continue to call and recommend this company time and time again!

We had a wonderful experience with Jon and the Encore team. From the moment Jon showed up he gave me a detail description of what was going on and easy next steps. Have been using Encore for 6 years now. They have great customer service and respond quickly to calls. Jon and his crew installed our furnace and AC and they did great work. Sarah did my most recent furnace tune up and she was great too!
She offered to pick up a coffee for me on her way. I thought that was awesome!

We have been using Encore Heating & Air for many years, and they have helped us out with several projects. We have an old boiler/radiator heating system, and they have helped diagnose and repair several issues including a new pressure gauge, pressure relief valve, and expansion tank. They also helped us figure out a creative way to get a new central AC system installed in our historic home at an affordable price.
