Nicholas and his team did a great job on cutting down a dead oak tree in my backyard which had 2 restrictions:
1. near a power line
2. next to a fence.

From the beginning, I am satisfied with his quick response over the phone to schedule an estimate for the service, and then another call for confirming the service. The transparency of pricing and transparency of service were the two selling points for me to go with his team.

Had a dead tree that was at risk of falling. Nick came out the very next day after first contacting him to get the tree down which was awesome.

He was able to get the tree down pretty quickly and they dropped the tree in the perfect place. There was risk of damage to property if it had fallen the wrong way, and they made sure to drop it in the perfect spot.

N E Services has OUTSTANDING customer service and work. I called to get a quote done on a big tree that was dying and hanging over our house, the quote was very reasonably priced. And they were out here within 2 days! They did a fantastic job and even cut down some dead branches off another tree for us. Johnny has very trustworthy, diligent business practices., Johnny encountered a nest of ground bees during our stump removal 🐝. We all worked together to assure they were under control so he could finish the job. Johnny even came in the night when the bees were sleeping and sprayed 2 cans of foam in the nest. He came an additional 4xs to get the job done ,dashing and darting from the bees .He never gave up !! I think it is rare these days to find someone so dedicated to complete a quality job. We recommend Johnny to anyone for an excellent cost and job well done !!

Johnny did a fantastic job on 3 stumps, he arrived on time, was friendly and very mindful of our fence and the swing in the yard as he was working. Overall, he did careful work, the yard looks so much better, it was also affordable, we really recommend him!

John did an excellent job at removing the stumps I had left over from taking down about 10 trees from the ash disease that killed them. He was quick and efficient.

I usually do not do reviews but I have to on this one. While we waited 2 months for our tree guy to come back and stump our tree he took down, which he said would be 2 weeks, he never showed up and wouldn’t return my texts. I personally do not like people who don’t keep their word.
I called Johnny and he happily said he would come same day. His price was good and he did a great job! Such a pleasure to work with such a great guy. Thanks Johnny!
