I'm extremely pleased with Bratt. The initial meeting with Ian to discuss what I needed was great! Very professional, listened to what I needed, provided knowledgeable insight, didn't pressure to do other things, and provided a quote while he was there. The scheduling department and office staff have been very pleasant and helpful. And, Sean did a fantastic job of pruning the tree. Prior to starting he called to go over what was to be done and answered any questions I had. He cleared away all the cut limbs; down to every little twig.

It was easy to schedule an appointment. Someone came as scheduled. The person was professional and gave me a well organized range of options and a reasonable price quote.

They did a wonderful job! I asked for them to do piles of the larger pieces and a pile for the more spindley pieces and they accommodated. Thanks for relieving that headache. Their prices were on par with other quotes I got in the area, efficient. I left while they were working on cutting down the two trees but my neighbor had seen them and told me “they looked like real pros”.

They did a fantastic job with our two older maple trees, both in the work itself and by explaining what they were doing and why it needed to be done. The trees had likely never been trimmed before we bought the property, so they needed a lot of work! The crew was friendly and efficient, and the price was very reasonable for their clear expertise and the amount of work that needed to be done. Would definitely work with them again in the future!

After speaking with their arborist Clayton, who provided very helpful information and advice, we hired Bratt Tree Company to prune and trim our very large (>60 ft. high) honey locust tree. Conrad worked as the climber to do the trimming/pruning, with his coworker, Trevor, providing assistance to him. We were especially impressed with their degree of professionalism, conscientiousness and excellent quality of work, as our tree now looks so much better after the pruning/trimming process was completed. These two guys really knew what they were doing by way of their vast experience and expertise. Also, they performed a very thorough clean-up process, leaving all of the wood debris in a pile for their company truck to come by and remove the wood debris, which was also performed very thoroughly and swiftly. We would highly recommend the Bratt Tree Company to perform any and all tree-related services to anyone looking for a reputable and professional company to do so. Great job!

Arrived on time, were quick and efficient in cutting down the tree, and left the place in good condition afterwards.

Taylor, Caleb and the whole Bratt tree team were fantastic to work with! They did excellent work on pruning a large Elm and even larger silver maple. In addition, they provided root treatments to a handful of evergreens on our property that definitely needed it. They were communicative, on-time, did a great job and cleaned up nicely after it was done. In addition, prices were very reasonable. We’ll definitely be using Bratt for our trees in the future!

We had a 25ft tree that came down during a recent storm with high winds, I had cut it up best I could as a rookie chainsaw user. Bratt Tree (Nate & a partner) pick up the logs, cleaned up the area, and restored the grass to the best of their ability, which is absolutely pleasing to us. We will be using Bratt again, as we have more work then money at this present time.

Dave came out to give us a bid on tree and stump removal. He did a great job of clearly answering all my questions and concerns. I have a couple more bids coming in but his bid seems very reasonable, less than I thought it would be.

The team that came to my house on Wed Oct 22 on 46th av s did great. Exactly what I asked.

They even had to deal with a nosy neighbor who I would have hit with a log, accidently, of course, asking questions aboutt what was going on.

They laid the branches and lumber where I wanted it, and even checked in with me to see if it was okaywhere it was placed before they left.

It sounds stupid and little, but it's really a big deal when companies that do what you folks do take that step cuz, I don't really require that, but it was kind of nice that they asked if they needed to move it a little to another area if the sideyard.

BRATT TREE, great service. Ive used them before. Id use them again.
