Great meeting with Clayton to review the trees on my property. Clayton listened to my needs and added some additional observations and treatment options for my consideration. He was on time. He represented Bratt well! At this point Clayton provided a quote only. I look forward to working with Bratt and Clayton going forward.

I met Ian as be was about to work with my neighbor. I briefly asked if he had a moment when he was finished to answer some questions about a tree in our front yard. He was friendly, knowledgeable and patient as well as accommodating with his time.

Bratt Tree Company did a fantastic job at a fair price. I would definitely recommend!
We had them remove two large maple trees and grind the stumps. They completed the tree removal efficiently in one day and ground the stumps the next week. Clean up was great.
Taylor and his crew did an amazing job. Very organized and well lead by Taylor. Very professional. Ezra was great doing the stump grinding and clean up.

I met the Bratt Tree rep Hayden today, and I was impressed by her, she was very friendly, respectful and knowledegable. I don't know at this time if I will be going with their services, as I am still awaiting the quote.

Trimmed 2 ash trees and cabled one. Yard is cleaner than when they arrived. We've actually stopped getting estimates from multiple sources because Bratt Tree does such a fabulous job. We've referred them to neighbors and family who also are pleased with their work

Dave was great! He was on time, friendly and knowledgeable. He quickly put together quotes for the work and thoroughly explained them to me. Very good experience!!

I am delighted to be working with Bratt Tree for some work in our yard including both removal and maintenance of our trees. They are fast and responsive for making an appointment, and I got several care proposals at the time of the appointment. Reviewing the different estimates was very easy - they have a great website and estimate/proposal layout. All in all a super professional, affordable, and knowledgeable group!

Had a very large tree removed from our small backyard that was in a very challenging location (near 2 garages in the alley and 2 houses). Bratt Tree was very thoughtful on the best way to remove the tree (ended up going from the front and over the house) and everything went smoothly. Very skilled technicians.

Patrick was awesome! Super friendly and knowledgeable and kind. He laid out all the different options and explained the different price points and helped guide me in deciding the best choice for our situation. The pricing seemed very reasonable too.

Jackson and Ezra and their team did a great job. They arrived on time, worked expeditiously and cleaned up the yard nicely. They took down 2 trees and trimmed 3 in about 5 hours. Very pleased and we thought the price was reasonable. I would highly recommend.

Though every single person with Bratt is intelligent, polite, knowledgable, and kind, the company seems to be growing too fast, leaving its employees rushed. The conversational collaboration about judicious limb cuts were no more. A human to answer the phone to offer an arrival time window? A Betty Boop-voiced bot instead. Though our problems were resolved, the usage of big machines, automated systems, and large crews has altered what was once a reliable communicative company. Though their work was good with the exception of two "adventure cuts" on a growing tree, I will be looking for a smaller company in the future, as I prefer a pruning partner rather than a mega-service.

Very friendly crew. Very knowledgable and competent. The crew was very respectful of our property. They all did a great job. I highly recommend Bratt for tree services.
