    I hired them to build up my ground so I could move my pool as the ground was uneven. She gave me a price then tried changing it, and then they didn’t make it level they said I had to do that. Umm excuse me that’s what I was hiring you for. I had to go buy sand and p rock to build up the area yet and put p rock under the feet. Very unsatisfactory work. Then she tried to say you’re getting it cheaper than what it should be. You gave me a price sorry not my problem that it may cost you more. On top of it they wanted cash only, so obviously not to pay taxes on it. Just would not recommend them. Bad bad customer service. Never gave me a print out of what work they were going to do. I sent them the money via priority mail with tracking. I want nothing to do with this company anymore.

    Unprofessional, rude, and disappointed. The owner of this company treated my grandmother absolutely horribly! My grandmother was so excited to have landscaping work done to her lovely lake property but the owner of this company made this a horrible experience for her. (Anyone who knows my grandma knows she's the sweetest, kindest, and most patient person ever) The project kept getting delayed, she did not give my grandma proper time to make decisions, and when my grandmother pointed out that something was not done correctly and as discussed, the lady threatened to quit on her. My grandma had to continually speak up to make sure things were done as planned. However, the men working for the owner were outstanding and treated my grandmother with respect and did beautiful work. They consoled my grandmother after her negative interactions with the owner and assured her "that's just how she is." (I even witnessed two of these negative interactions myself.) While the work itself turned out nicely, I am extremely disappointed in how the owner treated my grandmother. Very unprofessional, rude, and condescending toward my grandmother. Would not recommend working with Creative Landscaping, rather, go directly through the companies she contracted!
