We were pleased with Jake and his crew. We had them build a railing to enclose our wood deck. Jake initially provided a competitive bid and then followed that with great workmanship while completing our job when scheduled. I would highly recommend Kolar Construction.

Kolar Construction has completed three separate jobs for my wife and I. Most recently Jake and his crew completed a deck on our new construction including Trex decking, aluminum posts and spindles, and wrapped posts and fascia. The speed and craftsmanship of the build was outstanding. Previously, Jake removed popcorn ceiling/replaced with knockdown ceiling, replaced bathroom fan, and removed shower insert and replaced with subway tile. The first project Jake completed for us was converting a loft area in a townhome into a third bedroom. This project included framing a closet, wall, tying the new wall into the old wall, and framing in a new door. Jake's communication, attention to detail, and quality craftsmanship have made us very satisfied customers. We highly recommend Kolar Construction to complete your next build/remodel.
