What an incredible experience working with Matt. Passionate, extremely helpful, truly pleasant to interact with. I have no hesitation to recommend him.

Hands down the best customer service I have ever had with a company. My heat went out Saturday night and he showed up with in 20 minutes to help. I needed a new board and he was able to get one within a day and had everything up and running.

Kelly Family Hvac went above and beyond to get our central air up and running during the last heat wave . They were thorough, and explained their findings in a way that was easy to understand. They had great recommendations for how to get the system back up and running, and also provided education about what to expect for future maintenance.

All around great experience.

This is how you do customer service. Pick up the phone, arrive when you promise, speak plainly and precisely, do the work you bid, clean up following and charge what you estimate. That's all relatively easy! Why doesn't everybody do it?

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Matt is genuinely a genius, super kind, and a consummate professional. With A/C repair, you really don't know what you're going to get in the market and you might get someone who just wants to take advantage of you without actually solving your problem.

Matt is the opposite of that, he went above and beyond to help me with my air conditioner issues and fixed the mistakes of the previous "repair man". If you go with Kelly Family HVAC, you will absolutely not regret it in the slightest!

Called Kelly Family HVAC a few days before Christmas to take a look at our furnace as it was having trouble firing up in the morning. Matt Kelly showed up on time, was friendly and professional. My furnance went out in my very old farm house on Super Bowl Sunday 2025. Within 45 minutes of calling, Matt showed up and got my furnance back up and running. He also recommended some replacements due to the fact my furnance is rather old. We made plans for Matt to come back and make the upgrades. I was very impressed with Matt’s quick response on a weekend none the less, to help me with my ac not working during a heat advisory. Other businesses right away wanted to charge me more than what my total bill was from Matt, just for coming out to look. He showed up on time, got my ac back and running again quickly, again for a very reasonable price, and was very informative about repairs and system. I’d recommend Matt to anyone

I had a problem with my wood burning stove/fireplace insert that I was unable to solve on my own. Matt was willing to take a look & the 2 of us worked together to get it all back into the best shape it's been in since I had it installed ~30 years ago! I highly recommend Matt with no reservations!

Matt is the best. I highly recommend the Kelly Family for hvac services & repairs. The blower motor on my furnace went out on a Saturday during 10 degree weather. Matt was here he happened to have a motor with him already that worked. My furnace runs better than it ever has and I honestly wish I would have called sooner. 10 stars
