Very busy, but great service

I love supporting small businesses and Jerry's always has exactly what I need.

It was very disappointing since the gal at the register was not friendly and couldn't answer any questions. I purchased a bag of topsoil and left without the other items I was hoping to find.

Quiet. Checked on some house plants. They have a cat! I Love cats. Great place to get stuff to fix up your yard. When winter goes on vacation.

Not a huge selection but the prices are good and the staff is knowledgeable. Bonus for the sweet kitty that wanders the shop. Support local business!

Great customer service and great selection of gardening supplies and then some. Also, love little Ms. Penny. She is my favorite part of coming to this store.

Excellent product selection. Okay customer service. They have a guy there that does freelance landscaping work as well as work at the shop. He has done over $1,000 worth of work at my Mom's house hence she is happy with the results.

Nice variety of quality plants/shrubs/trees. Friendly, helpful staff. It's nice to shop in a place that is locally owned instead of a huge chain.

A huge shout-out to Jerry’s grandson at Jerry’s Home & Garden Place! He was so amazing in his support of a patio decorating challenge. He went far above and beyond. And I’ll only buy from him now. 🌺

Service wasn't good. Was being helped at the same time as the guy was helping someone else finish their business. After the guy helped the other customer to his car, the guy disappeared. Waited around near the front door for about five minutes and even the kids at the counter went off to help someone else. It seemed like a fairly slow weekday morning with only a few cars in the parking lot, but had to just walk out because I couldn't get help.
That's what people come to these smaller places for. I don't want to have to go to Home Depot or Menards.

First time there today. They had a great selection of plants, garden supplies, garden decorations, and other items. The service was great and I know I'll go back there. I like supporting these independent locally owned stores such as this.

Purchased 40lb bag of soil last week, went back for another recently. I'm not able to lift due to handicap issue. The level of assistance provided to me was amazing. I didn't get the other man's name but Adam and his service will have me going back to Jerry's!

Good to see you guys supporting the local community. Even just a name on a billboard is appreciated. Will be stopping here in the springtime for sure.
