Proscapes completed a large landscape/hardscape project for us, and it turned out beautifully. They were very responsive during the design phase and were very patient as we worked through several adjustments to the design. They were also responsive and flexible throughout the execution phase. The crew was friendly and professional, and they maintained a clean job site. It was clear that the crew took pride in their work and wanted to ensure that we were happy with the end result.

ProScapes was great to work with. I needed new landscaping after having a new deck put on my house. Talked to Sam, she came out, measured out the space, talked to me about what I wanted, and presented me with a design. The team came out and got it all done in one day. I still get neighbors coming by saying the place looks great.

Through our HOA we've had the unpleasant experience of dealing with ProScapes. In my opinion they are first class incompetents, seldom follow through with promised services and dates. The work is sloppy, inconsistent and obviously unsupervised.

Presently our lawns are overgrown and unkempt; we'd be better off if they showed up with a hay baler instead of mowing equipment.

We're looking forward the termination of their contract.

We are very satisfied with out experience with ProScapes. They did our front yard landscaping which turned out great. We had perennials planted but unfortunately some of them never “took off” and were dry/dead this spring. I contacted ProScapes and within a couple weeks, new beautiful plants were re-planted. Thank you!

I’m using my husband’s account to leave feedback…in a nutshell they are fantastic! Of all the companies I called to give me an estimate, Maddi from ProScapes is the ONLY person who followed up with me. She is so conscientious, had great recommendations and took my drawings and turned them into a fabulous reality. Her team was on time, knew exactly what to do and were flexible with my suggestions while on site. They did this work last year but just came back yesterday to fix a couple of things that didn’t grow back. In a world of businesses where you just don’t know what you are going to get, REST ASSURED that the ProScapes team will help you every step of the way! Ask for Maddi for your project planner. She is an absolute gem! I recommended them to my neighbors and they too had a very positive experience.

This company is AWFUL at their plowing services. My HOA switched to Proscapes recently claiming service was the same with comparable prices. COULD NOT DISAGREE MORE. For each snowfall we've had this winter they're slow and sloppy. Last nights/todays we've yet to be plowed. I get the driveways, come back and do those, but the finger streets aren't even done. Going on 12+ hours now. Numerous residents including elderly trying to shovel and/or getting stuck. Hoping HOA terminates the contract and we go back to our old snow removal. Any HOA considering using Proscapes I STRONGLY suggest you reconsider. Horrible
**Update** Our neighborhood waited 24+hours for a plow through the main street. After numerous calls to the company HOA was told the are would be plowed within 2 hours, that never happened. Numerous residents had to shovel the main streets. After more calls made HOA was told a plowed had been through. That was a lie. Not sure if Proscapes is aware that people have ring cameras and can clearly see that no plow came through. Still have both entrances piled with snow, packed snow and ice making it difficult to enter and exit. This business left the neighborhood deplorable. I repeat DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. HORRIBLE SERVICE

Great job maintaining my commercial property. Very pleased with year round support; mowing fertilization, and snow removal.

I live at a homeowners association and we pay good money for our lawns and driveways to be taken care of each month. Proscapes does an awful job especially of plowing. They left half my driveway unplowed, and it doesn’t look like they even swept my neighbors. They don’t come out for days when our road is so bad you can barely drive on it. Not to mention in the fall when they didn’t pick up any leaves until we were knee deep in leaves at our front door. I do not recommend their services as they are lazy and careless.

We had a terrific experience with ProScapes. We asked them to replace a deteriorating concrete block wall (which we never liked) with a wall of large natural boulders and, if they could, preserve some mature evergreens in the process, and they exceeded expectations. The outcome is beautiful and timeless.

Worst company around! We have use multiple different companies for our HOA over the years and proscapes is by far the worst. We signed on with them because their prices were slightly cheaper but then they upcharge everything and have so many extra fees that you don’t even get to decide if you use or not. The company and its employees are a joke. Everything is incomplete every time they come out and we end up doing it ourselves because they never come back out. If you want a landscape and snow removal company that’s going to make your life easier stay far far away from Proscapes. Their managers never get back to anyone and they have terrible communication.

What a terrible and unreliable company. ProScapes has consistently failed to deliver even the most basic level of service promised in our snow removal contract. They routinely show up late—if they show up at all—and rarely complete the job properly. Every snowfall comes with a new excuse, yet the result is always the same: an unfinished, unsafe, and unprofessional-looking lot.

We operate a business with paying clients who need safe access to our building, and despite ProScapes knowing exactly what time we open, they somehow still manage to miss it—even when the snow stopped hours earlier. Because of their repeated failures, our staff has been forced to go outside and shovel or snow blow ourselves just so clients can physically get in the door. That is unacceptable for a company that is literally paid to handle this exact responsibility.

The lack of accountability is just as frustrating as the poor service. There is no urgency, no follow-through, and no ownership taken when the job isn’t done. Our property is routinely left looking like a mess, creating safety hazards and making us look unprofessional to our customers.

Once our contract is up, we will never be using ProScapes again. If you value reliability, safety, or professionalism in any way, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. Save yourself the stress, embarrassment, and extra work—this company is not worth it.

I appreciate Mike for coming to Elk River to give me an hour of his valuable time to consult on what can be done to tackle a couple issues in my yard. He knew I only had the design fee to spend, which he even adjusted for me, that he'd not get a big ticket job out of it but he loves to consult with DIYers like myself and help me figure out how to solve some water flow and worn pathway issues. I'm so grateful for that time; I learned so much!

Highly recommend Dogwood Designs! I was impressed with how quickly he responds to questions and how prompt he is with appointments. Very professional and takes the time to listen and is passionate about what he does. Honest and friendly, really a good person to know if you have any landscaping design needs.

Mike was great! He was very professional, responsive and timely. We had a few gardens put in around our new patio as well as a our side yard fixed from bobcat damage from another contractor. Turned out great!

Absolutely messed up my garden. This man was not on time, was on his phone almost all day, and he was not even paying attention when I was trying to pay him. After calling him out, he started arguing and was absolutely disrespectful. Choose this business if you want to leave disappointed.

I was referred to Mike at Dogwood Designs by a neighborhood Facebook group. I needed someone to redesign my front yard, incorporating year round color, pollinator attraction and fragrance. Mike showed up exactly when he said he would, listened to my needs and understood my long-term goals of low maintenance beauty. He designed a plan and had it back to me sooner than promised (love it when when contractors over deliver!) and it was better than I could have hoped for. I think I know a lot about plants, but Mike had WAY better recommendations that are going to transform my front yard. I can't say enough great things about this talented designer and his incredible knowledge! HIRE HIM NOW!

Mike was great to work with on the landscaping around our home. He is a true professional. He is extremely knowledgeable and listen well to the customers concerns and wishes. We really loved his design and look forward to seeing the results next spring when everything starts growing and blooming. Mike recommended the landscape installers Lunseth Lawn Care. They were great. Mike was onsite multiple days to ensure everything was being installed properly. We would highly recommend both teams.
