I have had mixed experiences with stock and with their service. I would say they are "typical" of the HD store. I was surprised to see the large selection of hardware (even though there is a hardware store about a mile away) and their outdoor/garden area offers some good deals in spring.

Garden center review: great selection of plants, I've found some wish list plants that are doing really well. However, you really need to do something about the spider mites. They're out of control. Customers: quarantine and treat the plants as soon as you get home - esp if you have other plants.

The Tree Trust crew were the most knowledgeable and professional tree care team that we've ever hired. A very positive experience and the trees look fantastic.

Don't waste your time. They rarely answer when you call. When I did get through the said they we busy, "call back next month". When I finally got on the schedule to have someone come out to look at the trees, they never talked to me to tell what they found. No text, email, or phone call. No customer should have to jump through hoops like this. I have called close to a dozen times just to get a quote. I have better this to spend my time and money on. (I have no idea if their services are any good.)

From initial consult on a long overdue project to final cut & clean we couldn't be happier

I used Tree Trust to trim some trees around my house and garage. Of the three businesses I reached out to, Tree Trust had the most competitive prices. I was not able to be present the day of the trimming, and when I returned, I saw they had missed some of the original branches that were discussed. I sent an email with some pictures and received a reply and call back promptly. They set up a time and came back to cut the branches I had requested at no charge. Despite the mix-up, they were very courteous and at no time “pushed back” at my requests to cut the additional branches. While we all love a job well done the first time, sometimes miss-communications happen and I was still completely satisfied with Tree Trust. I appreciated their willingness to work with me to finish the project and this almost means more to me in terms of business satisfaction. I will definitely be using them for any future jobs… Five Stars!

We reached out to Tree Trust to examine a huge oak in our backyard. The tree had dropped a couple big branches and we were worried these were a harbinger of a tree-pocalypse. I reached out to a couple companies. Tree Trust was very prompt in the response, and clearly explained the benefits of doing some pruning after assuring me the tree was in good health.

I was blown away by the professionalism in every facet of doing business with Tree Trust. Casey thoroughly explained the cost, the work, and the needs of the crew before I committed to anything. The response time with scheduling was exceptionally fast. From reaching out to inquire about a consultation to the work being completed was a week and a half. I had been mentally preparing myself for this to be an ordeal but doing business with Tree Trust was the most painless home maintenance task we've ever completed.

I've used Tree Trust Landscape Services to trim several trees in my yard. They are very professional and do quality work. Highly recommended for your tree care needs!

Tree Trust removed 7 trees from our yard (6 due to EAB), treated another ash for EAB and trimmed a 3 others to help maintain the health of the tree. The work was done on time and my yard was left clear of all debris. I love that the profits are used to support Tree Trust's nonprofit programs.

Our HOA has used TT for both landscaping and plowing for about 6 years. We’ve had excellent service and communication.

We hired Tree Trust to prune a very large (and very sad) Cottonwood in our yard. I contacted a few companies for quotes, and Tree Trust was by far the quickest to respond, most courteous, and most informative regarding our project. Casey came to our house for the quote, and rather than just staring at the tree and giving us a number, he asked questions to understand our short and long term goals with the tree.

The day of the pruning, the arborists were on time, efficient, and left the yard spotless!! They even tolerated my neighbors and I setting up a watch party across the street ;)

I can't recommend Tree Trust enough. We called for removal of a dead tree due to EAB and an evaluation of our other trees on the property. They were fast and professional, the estimate broke down costs in an easily understandable way. The removal was scheduled quickly and accomplished with great cleanup. We're definitely using them again for more work on our property and I recommend them to everyone.

Don’t use this company unless you want damage to your property and sub-par work.

Had a massive maple tree cut down. Workers were quick but a little reckless - I ended up having many large holes in my lawn which the company did patch up at my request.

They damaged my driveway by taking their truck up after most of the tree pieces were loaded in it. Took out a chunk of my grass at the approach too.

Pruning was abysmal on a separate tree - they lowered the price some but it was still a waste of a few hundred bucks.

Definitely would’ve have been worth paying a more reputable company for the work I had done.

Our experience with Tree Trust has been excellent. From our first contact to the trimming of our trees they have been timely and friendly. The crew were professional and clean up was very good. The pricing was very reasonable. We also were impressed by their company's mission statement. We are glad we took advice from the positive reviews we read to go with Tree Trust.
