I am a Realtor and hired Grime Guardians for the first time to do a pre-list cleaning of a client's condo. It was great!! Lena communicated well in setting up the appt and meeting me there, They are very friendly, enjoyable people, worked hard and did a few extra things that were needed. Reasonable cost. I had GG come in for post-renovation clean up. The team was so efficient and made my space feel so clean and dust free. I would 100% recommend them - especially to make your home feel move in ready after any sort of construction. Will always call Brandon & Lena when in need of a clean - they are just lovely people!

This business is run by a couple in their 20s constantly chasing the next hustle—car sales, painting, social media influencer, you name it. They haven’t been in business long, and it shows. Most of the glowing reviews seem to come from friends or family, not real customers. Be wary. Do your homework before trusting them with your time or money.

Edit: I want to point out how aggressively defensive this response was. If you have any issues with this company, you're going to be met with:

- Instant dismissal (your concerns = "fraudulent") or you are the one at fault.
- Zero accountability (no attempt to address specific points)
- Intimidation tactics (reporting reviews instead of resolving issues)

Ask yourself: Why would a trustworthy business react this way?

1. If their reviews are legit, why not just say, "We stand by our work”.
2. If my experience was 'fake,' why not disprove something, anything, I actually said?
3. If they value customers, why attack instead of listening?

Their reaction tells you everything. Proceed with caution.

HIRE THIS COMPANY. They deep cleaned for us in January (incredible job considering our house hadn't been deep cleaned in a LONG TIME and basically was made of dust) and again in March (literally happening right now, in fact). They aren't even done yet and our house looks amazing. I can feel the anxiousness leaving my body, ha ha. So kind, amazing attention to detail, and so hardworking. I'm looking forward to having them come in monthly. You won't be disappointed!
