An antique Prague lead crystal chandelier had lost its luster and needed a good cleaning. The crew were here on time and got right to it and cleaned water spots and other grime from it. Gorgeous!!

Details & Dixon's Home Services was fantastic from the first contact to the finished job. Their Customer Service is responsive and very accommodating. Greg and Victor cleaned the gutters and windows like I have never seen - sparkle clean and all put back in order. The service is polite and professional. A rare gem in this day and age. This is now my go-to window and gutter cleaning service. They are the very best!

We’ve been using Dixon’s for a few years and are always happy with the job the staff does. The appointment scheduling is easy and confirmation communication excellent. The staff are always polite, professional and do the window cleaning so efficiently with great results!

Most of the 10 times or so that they came to clean they did a decent job. Was slightly disappointed with the office manager when I suggested that we could skip cleaning the downstairs every other cleaning she said they would only knock off $25 from their normal charge. They broke 1 item, a ceramic oven spoon holder, not sure how that happened. I was caught off-guard several times having grown men in tattoos walking around cleaning my house, but they were always friendly. I tried to tip every visit, but sometimes they left while I was in a work call. I tipped between $20-$30 several times and this last time I tipped them $50 (4 cleaners). When I handed over the tip money, one of them made a comment in Spanish to which the other cleaners laughed. Maybe it was something to the effect of 'save it for the plumber', who knows. Several days after they left I noticed the upstairs toilet was plugged. I was unable to clear the clog so had to have a plumber out. They found a sponge had been flushed. The office manager offered to subtract the cost of the plumbing visit from my next cleaning. I have elected to find another provider. One positive thing I would commend them on, was the manager was good about calling to let me know if the workers were going to be late or if they were interested in coming early.

I appreciated the friendly crew of two who showed up on time and got right to it. The worked fast and clean and were very pleasant engaging with all the kids and adults in our busy household. The windows are beautifully clean - almost all are double hung with storms, so it was a big job. We also had a soft clean of the siding. I plan to schedule a fall clean up of the storms and a spring cleaning again next year.

We have used Details for 2+ years. They wonderful to work with. They show up when scheduled and clean very well and efficiently. Our home looks great after they clean. The staff is always very accommodating if we need to reschedule. We highly recommend them!.

Found business on Angi's and got an estimate within 24 hours. Once accepted, they were able to come out and clean the gutters the next day. Unfortunately, they did not completely cleaned it so I emailed them back and they came out to cleaned it a second time at no extra charge. Great customer service and good price with satisfaction guarantee. Will definitely recommend!

I was excited to get my windows and gutters cleaned professionally for the first time before the cooler weather arrives. And, I don’t like leaving negative reviews, but I would not recommend or use Details & Dixon’s again.

The estimate and scheduling process was smooth and easy, they were able to get me on the calendar within a week. The guys showed up on time after a couple reschedules for the arrival window. They were friendly and worked quickly. They took the screens off my windows and wiped them down inside the house (including my bedroom), so now I need to clean my up the outside dust/dirt. They also just wiped down the screens with a damp cloth, didn’t even touch the borders. The windows look clean, but when they put the screens back on, none of them were put back in correctly. My boyfriend and I spent 20 min putting them back in ourselves. I always appreciate speed with quality, but it felt very rushed.

Had a terrible experience with this company. First with the booking and scheduling and then with the service itself. Paid $400 for a moving clean of my house. Was asked to leave the house so that the employees are not disturbed. When I came back I saw so much dirt around the edges, space near the fridges. The shelves of the cabinets weren’t touched. I could have done this level of service with my little vacuum. Disappointed with this company.

This was our first time using Details and Dixons, and it won't be our last! We called about gutter cleaning and they were able to get us on the schedule within a week. The crew arrived on time and was very professional. They took great care in working on our property and were very respectful. The job was done efficiently and in a good time frame. We asked a few questions and again, the crew was very helpful, friendly and professional. I I would not hesitate to use Dixons, and will be recommending them to family and friends.

The window cleaners were very conscientious and careful in cleaning my windows. They were efficient and nice guys too! I've used three different companies in the last five years and these were far and above the cleanest my windows have ever been!

I’ve lived in Mendota Heights now for eight years and have been cleaning my own house while working full-time and raising my son. I’ve always thought it would be nice to have someone to help out, but it just seemed like a lot of work to find someone and also another expense. I decided to take a leap and hired Details and Dixon’s housekeeping service. They came last Thursday and cleaned my entire 4000 square-foot home in four hours. The house looks AMAZING and I am still on cloud nine. This weekend is the first weekend in forever where I don’t feel like I have to do anything around the house. Everything is sparkling, clean picked up. I feel free! The two women worked nonstop They vacuumed my furniture. They made our beds. They were extremely thorough. And the best is the price is entirely affordable almost half of other quotes I received! If you’re on the fence or just curious, call them. You will not regret it!
