This is honestly the best cleaning service I’ve ever had. We’ve gone through a few different companies in the past and the work is either really great in the beginning and falls off after a few visits or is never great to begin with. KLY cleaning services has been amazing every single time they come out. And we’ve been using them for over nine month. The people they send are incredibly professional and do a detailed job. We have multiple pets in our house and it always seems to get so dirty so quickly. They always do a fantastic job of making our house look wonderful.Would highly recommend.

Both cleaners did a fantastic job. They took great care in our home and went above and beyond in moving things to dust and wipe down the entire room. We could feel the cleanliness of our space and the laundry they did was such a huge help. We will definitely have them back!

I’ve hired KLY a couple of times and they have done an amazing job! They are very friendly and thorough. Initially, my husband thought we were wasting money, hiring someone to clean for 2 hours. When they were done cleaning, he understood why we hired them.

Team showed up time fully equipped asked a few questions and got right to work. They asked a few questions along the way just to be sure we were aligned on the scope. This was my first home deep clean experience - I am beyond happy with the results. They did a great job. I will contact them again.

BEST cleaning service in the Twin Cities area!! I’ve tried many different cleaning services before and was never satisfied with any of them until KLY!! They cleaned my 3100 sf, 5 bedroom 3 bath home in 5 hours with only 2 cleaners and made every square foot of my home sparkly clean. They even got all of the stubborn toilet rings off of my toilets that no other cleaning crews were able to get off. They were very careful with my hardwood flooring and made it shine and smelling amazing. I’m very impressed with their speed and quality of work since this was a move out cleaning so they cleaned the inside of my cabinets and appliances too. They even cleaned my whole garage with a very small extra charge. I couldn’t be happier with their work and will be hiring them to clean my new home on a regular basis!!! Highly recommend this cleaning service, you’ll be super happy!

I found KLY on the Thumbtack app they were responsive right away. Came sameday to assess and provide a quote and started two days later. I was pleased with the staff’s professionalism at first, but after inspecting their work, upon completion, I found that the job was not completed as agreed. The was a storage room that was completely untouched, which was promised to me would be cleaned, Bathroom tub was left filthy, and not cleaned as promised. Blinds were taken down but thrown in my backyard like a junkyard (they could have put them in the garbage bin). When I brought the issues to their attention and requested to be fixed or a partial refund to given to me, they told me they did the job as requested in full, and that they were not a plumber, or junk removal company (not sure what made them think I expected a plumber or junk removal) so they would not be honoring either request. I will not hire this company again and I don’t suggest you do either. Bad business. Quick to overpromise and underdeliver just to get your money.

Update: After leaving a bad review, they returned to clean the floor of the basement storage pictured which I appreciated but wish it didn’t take a bad review to make good on their original agreed services. It was in fact due to a clogged drain that the tub was dirty. I apologize for stating they didn’t clean the tub when they likely did. I agreed to change my rating.

The team arrived on time and did a wonderful job cleaning much more of the house than I thought they would be able to do in the time available.

My house looked amazing once they were done! We will definitely be having them back!
