My neighbor used this company so I asked for their info. They do a nice job. 3rd time we've had them. 1st time was 14 hours of deep clean. They charge sales tax and are legit so I'm not worried about the employee / tax issue of having to 1099 a person etc. My wife likes their work too. They show up on time and get it done. No drama. We will continue to work with them.

Shout out to KLY Cleaning. We arrange cleaning services for a Minnesota family member, from thousands of miles away. When a situation came up hours before KLY was set to arrive, we reached out to KLY to explain and sadly to cancel their visit. Dmytro and his team understood the situation and worked with us to reschedule their visit for another day, and all at no charge. I understand that time is money in their business and they didn't have to do that. Classy gesture on behalf of KLY, and nice to know there are genuine and honest businesspeople in their profession.

Scheduled a move out cleaning. During the move the movers made the house an absolute mess. KLY cleaners adjusted their schedule because the movers couldn't complete the job as estimated.

The two individuals who arrived to clean my apartment during the move-out process performed exceptionally well. The oven and refrigerator appeared as if they had never been used. The remainder of the residence was thoroughly cleaned. I was unable to find any imperfections despite inspecting carefully. The quality of their work was so high that, during the walkthrough, the leasing agent commended us on leaving the unit in an immaculate condition. I highly recommend this company.

One of the worst cleaning services I’ve ever had. We paid for a full post renovation cleaning service and this was the result. We could run our hands along all the counters and were picking up dirt and dust as seen in video. Doesn’t seem like they truly cleaned anything. Extremely disappointed and would not recommend this service.

Update: I was told that they would not send someone out to fix the problem because “I didn’t appreciate their work”.

They showed up on time, were efficient with their work and our windows look great now that they helped clean them. I wish I could give more than 5 stars, as working with them was easy and they did a great job.
