I had a full house cleaning, with two cleaners. They were very respectful of my home and friendly. They listen to what I wanted to get done and they did it well. They were willing to work with me which I really appreciate. I highly recommend them.

Update: Why would anyone in their right minds pay and do the same mistake ? I did not expect the house to be completely cleaned for the 1.5 hours but why can’t they even complete one small room each ?! Too greedy to get more money. The pictures speak a lot for themselves on how they perform!

I haven’t seen a company who are almost as scandalous as them! I booked a 1.5 hours and all they were able to do was just half a kitchen and half a bath! One of the ladies was just staring at the wall and apologized when I saw her and then walked and picked a cleaning material. I went to pick my rug and not to micromanage. Even the area that were cleaned was not completely clean. I’ll attach pics so you can see it for yourself on how the “cleaned” area looks like!

We stayed up till 2 am to set things aside for them so it’d be easier for them to clean and this is what they ended up with. Off the 2.5 baths and 4 bedrooms, living area, kitchen and an office area, they estimated that they would be able to clean roughly half of them but only did .5 bath and half the kitchen! When I ready to pay more to having the cleaning complete and on call with their supervisor, the crew just left!

Save your money and don’t even get an estimate from them! I was fooled by their detailed estimate and documentation and the way they explain their process.

Having a toddler, one knows how much setting things aside for the cleaning folks means. My trust is broken and would never even remotely hire even their affiliates! I would say it’s even worth your time to get an estimate from them.

Sydney and Mara did an amazing job! They were so sweet and friendly. Our home looks brand new! We can't wait to have them back!

The cleaning team did an incredible job. We were extra dusty and had extra winter grime from outside. The cleaning team got every bit and went above and beyond. Everything is shiny and bright. I left for two hours to Happy Hour came back to a clean apartment! The oven was wiped down and the counter had no more greasy stains and coffee stains from the appliances. My bed was made, the bathroom was spotless, including the floor. She has a travel vacuum that she used to suck up my old cat's hair balls. She didn't put away stuff but did leave it all together so I could find it. Thank you so much!! 🥰😍🤩

I have been using KLY Cleaning for almost a year now and I am very happy with the quality of their work, and their consistency with showing up on time on our scheduled day. If they happen to have a conflict, they always consult with me first before sending someone different or changing the time.

I always get my kids to help tidy up their clutter before they arrive so they can do a good job. It is so nice to come home to a fresh smelling house. I would recommend this small business.

The best cleanings I've ever had. I went around my apartment repeatedly being like 'ok, but there's no way they cleaned _____', and they did, every time.

The only drawback is that they forgot about my appointments both times I booked them (I booked a few weeks in advance). But I don't even care, because they came the next day after my scheduled appointments and the job they do is unmatched by the 5 other cleaning services I've experienced here—like it's not even close.

If you're an extreme neat freak like me, this has to be your cleaning service.

Cleaner showed up early, checked in to clarify and confirm which add-ons we wanted, and did a great job cleaning! It was a newly renovated vacant unit and wasn’t the dirtiest place ever to begin with, but we could tell they still put care and effort in where it would have been easy to cut corners. It was spotless once we got there. Easy process and affordable pricing.

I used KLY residential cleaning services yesterday for my single family house with three bathrooms, one kitchen, and one basement laundry jobs assigned, the two employees did a fantastic job, beyond my expectations. The two very keys areas I feel they are doing differently from other firms are, one keep things simple, if you say 3 bathrooms, they will take it (not like how many square footage), second they cover from ceiling to floor everywhere, behind fridge, top of the fridge, top of the cabinets areas (not like oh we don’t do areas we can’t reach without a ladder), so much easier to work with this company. Office scheduling is straightforward, friendly, quick, job performance is surpassing my expectations, so so happy that I found it for my home cleaning services. Keep up the excellent job, I will keep your contact for my next job, thanks so much!

I had a cleaning company cancel last minute on me for a move-out cleaning. KLY cleaning came through. I found them online and was able to schedule a cleaning right away and for a reasonable price. Communication was also prompt and regular between the company scheduler and me. The crew of 3 came on-time and did a great job! I’m happy with the work they did and will call on them again in the future.
