This has been my third time using Steam Master and they have always done a great job. I would recommend them to anyone. They have always been on time and done such fast and good work. Kevin and Austin were our cleaners most recently and arrived at 1pm, which was surprising because my time window was from 1-3pm. They payed attention to detail, as well as moved furniture around.

They are wonderful. They tell you upfront if the cleaning would work or not. Despite taking time to clean our sofa, they didn’t charge us as the stains wouldn’t come off. Such honesty is hard to come across. Highly recommend!

We had steam master out today to clean our air ducts, and clean our carpets. Let’s just say Mark and his crew are more than outstanding. They were very thorough with their work and respectful of our home. They also were excellent at explaining and showing my wife on what they did. We will always recommend Steam Master, and will always use them in the future. Also always love supporting locally owned businesses.

Had them clean area rugs and chair this last Spring. The area rugs turned out beautiful. The chair was an expensive purchase with high quality, indoor/outdoor fabric. There was a line where the hair oils had accumulated from people resting their heads but otherwise not used that often so pretty clean. Whatever they used to clean that line took out the color and the chair has dirty stripes on it from the machine. Looks worse than before they cleaned it. I'm very disappointed. Asked the cleaner about it and he thought when it dried fully it'd be fine. It's not as you can see. Polite, on time cleaners but the chair bothers me. It's ruined and not very old. The ottoman also had the striping that you see. Looks just terrible.

We had water damage in our living room ceiling from a cracked shower pipe. The owner Mark communicated greatly with me and he was at my home in a matter of a day to dry out the water damage that occured. It was a pleasure to work with Mark. Overall, my carpets turned out great and I’m very happy with the results. The only concern I had was that during the service, one employee seemed to be struggling with the solution and was being yelled at quite a bit by another team member. The repeated scolding came across as a little unprofessional and left me feeling unsure about how my carpets were going to turn out. That said, the finished product looks very good, and I appreciate the work that was done.

We have used Steam master carpet twice now both with amazing results the recent cleaning they did Our carpet is old and they were able to make it look almost brand new again. They are patient and accommodating… They moved all the furniture, so everything got clean. I didn't have to do any work myself, which was nice. , when the cleaning was done, they had put the furniture up on foam blocks until it dried We also had them do our events. Which had not been done for quite some time I would highly recommend this company 5+ stars!!!

Kevin and Caleb were excellent! They called to ask if they could arrive earlier than planned then called when they arrived. They both seemed anxious to do great work and answered all my questions while they quickly got to work. I could hear them consulting each other on details as they proceeded with the steam cleaning. Very pleased with the service and these two workers!

Hired Steam Master for a long overdue cleaning of a pretty dirty cream velvet couch. Two friendly and professional technicians came and spent about two hours cleaning it. They managed to improve it far more than I anticipated which I was super happy about.

I noticed after they left that although it was super clean, the stripes in the pile weren't going away (the tracks of the steam cleaner). I called to ask if I needed to vacuum them out and the owner came out himself, conditioned the couch and brushed them out for free. He was super friendly as well and answered all my rogue questions about caring for velvet. Highly recommend.

Very disappointed about them NOT taking accountability about an oven situation. You will see below my before and after picture. They put the foil in the wrong place.
