Upcharged for pet odor areas. Before they had mentioned it i did not even notice the smell. I agreed to the additional price from what was quoted initially but after they were done and the carpets had dried the smell was very noticeable. Very strong odor. Not sure why i paid to have my carpets smell a hundred times worse than it did. The people were nice tho.

We were referred to Daisy by relatives, and were really pleased with the service provided. Pricing was great, cleaner was really nice, and my carpets look wonderful. They went above and beyond in helping me accommodate large furniture, had immediate availability, and I would definitely hire again.

5/5 stars! I highly recommend Daisy's. My dog had an accident that we struggled to fully get out of our white, plush carpet. Daisy's came out the same day to help. The carpet looked great when they left, but while drying, the stain returned (they warned us of this). I called again and they were kind enough to come back out and try to get out the stain again. The second cleaning was successful, and there is no trace of the stain. I really appreciated their persistence to make sure our carpet looked great!

I had hired this company to come help clean for my house going on the market. We set up a time for the company to show up. That time came and went and no sight of them. I reached out and all I get was I'm not coming. Absolutely unprofessional. I am not able to clean due to a car accident, and I was really relying upon them to show up. Now she is trying to get me to delete my post I have multiple text messages from this individual. Absolutely sad. DO NOT DO BUISNESS WITH THEM

The employees at Grace Cleaning LLC are super professional and punctual. They are consistently go above and beyond my expectations. I am a super person and it gives me some peace to know my house is clean, and it’s being cleaned by people who take pride in their work. I recommend this company to anyone who wants higher expectations.

Steam Master cleaned my carpets again today and I am thrilled! Mark did a great job! Like always, Mark is professional and courteous. He always manages to get out our stubborn stains.

I had 4 area rugs and a mattress cleaned, deodorized and disinfected. I wasn't able to be home during my appointment window however instructions were followed precisely and the crew proved to be very trustworthy. Pricing was very fair and the cleaning quality was top notch. I can tell they use powerful equipment almost completely dry by the time i got home . Everything was super clean and smelled amazing.

Just had Mark and Matt from Steam Master come out to clean our carpet. They did an awesome job. Very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The carpets look fantastic. Mark explained the process to me and you could tell that he knew his trade. I’ve used other carpet cleaners in the past but I researched steam cleaning vs water/soap and for us steam cleaning was the best choice and this company will be our carpet cleaners for the future.

Mark and his crew were professional, honest and cared about the work they did. We had our carpets and vents cleaned and overall super satisfied with their company and will be our company moving forward with yearly needs of carpet and vent cleaning as needed. Thanks Mark!

Our carpet looks amazing. Erik and Matt worked very hard and I could not be happier. It is so so clean. The attention they gave to the stairs really shows. Definitely recommend this business and we will certainly have them come again. Just can't believe how great my old carpet looks!

Steam Masters in Eagan came out this morning and did 5 rooms for me and my stairs. The person doing the cleaning was so professional and so friendly. The carpets looked amazing when they got done. I would definitely have them come and do my carpets again.
I am even going to schedule them to come and clean our air ducts for us. Our daughter had hers done by them and it is amazing the difference it makes.

I just love Steam Masters! I have had them here 4 times since last summer. I had terrible spots in my formal dining room that were caused by a tomato based stew. They came out & the spots are gone. I then had them do the stairs to my upstairs level & my carpet looks like brand new. I have white carpet in the above locations. Today they are cleaning my family room & I am confident that this area will look like new when they leave. I give them a 5 star rating. Wonderful to work with as well.
