They notified me when leaving previous job and got to my place promptly. The window was between 10am and noon and they called me at 10:00 and arrived around 10:30. I liked that I could leave and they would call me when done. I didn’t have to be here when they left as they sent me bill via email and I paid directly and right away. That made it easy. Also like getting discount because was 3 rd time I used them. I will definitely use them again and I refer others to them also!!

Very thorough, professional, and affordable. The folks doing the work were enthusiastic and passionate about what they were doing, sharing their excitement for how well it would look and smell when completed! Definitely going to set up a routine of having them visit every 18-24 months!

I will never go anywhere else for services Steam Master’s covers; I received the best customer service imaginable here. When I first called and described the chair that needed cleaning, they provided an accurate cost estimate and were able to come to my home within a few days. They were friendly, professional, and personable. My leather chair was disinfected, cleaned, and looked/smelled brand new by the time they were done. I paid exactly what I was quoted, someone came exactly when they said they would, I was called ahead of time, and the services exceeded my expectations.
I also needed quick assistance with an appliance in my home and they had the expertise and equipment on hand to get my stove re-attached within minutes. I was so pleasantly surprised and thankful I called Steam Master. Highly recommended – thank you!

Wonderful small business with great communication and excellent technicians. Mark and Erik were out to my house today for air duct cleaning and carpet cleaning. We have pets and small children and our carpet was in awful shape. They had it looking brand new with no harsh odor left behind! They were so friendly and professional and did a thorough job with both services, despite my house full of kid toys and clutter. I would highly recommend and will be using this company again!

I had a microwave catch on fire and my house was filled with smoke. I had two restoration companies come out and they couldn’t even get the smells out and then the companies left ozone behind. So this company steammaster had two techs named kevin and matt come clean my couch and it Looks brand new again. everything that they cleaned smells so good. the carpet is now fresh and safe for furbabies and all their scratch towers were handled with care. They are so professional, on time, kind, and go above and beyond. They have a regular customer now. 😎💚. Very pet friendly animal lovers

Terrible service, had my carpets cleaned living room, hallway, they didn’t do bedrooms as I asked along with closets. The charged me for 450 sq ft, the sq ft was actually 400 they added on 50 more feet and charged me for that and also they didn’t move furniture and they were in my home for 20 minutes cleaning the carpet.
asked why it was such a short amount of time to clean they said they are really good. Now my carpets looks worse then before I got them cleaned.
DO NOT HAVE THIS COMPANY CLEAN YOUR CARPETS, they are misleading, unprofessional and not trust worthy.
Sad that I should have had to watch them clean the carpets by following them around in order for my carpets to be cleaned and not decided.
How they have received 5 star reviews makes no sense to me at all.

I have used Steam Master Carpet & Upholstery Specialist before and have always had great service! I used them to clean my vents at two different houses that I've owned. They always come in explain exactly what they are going to do, how they are going to do it and give recommendations based on their experiences in a non sales pushy way. They did a great job with my vents and it had been years since they have been cleaned. I will continue to use them for all my vents and carpets needs in the future! I highly recommend them!

The two technicians Eric and Kevin were professional and thorough in their work. They were dealing with some old pet stains and did a great job. I will definitely use them again

Eric and Mark were at my home today, and I had to leave them a review because of the phenomenal work they did! Having worked with carpet cleaners in the past, I can confidently say they were above all the rest in how they got my carpets and upholstery cleaned! All I could say was WOW when they were done!

And beyond that, they were a pleasure to work with, very professional and accommodating. I could not ask for a better experience, and just wanted to say thank you so much!

I had Steam Master come out to clean my townhome before moving out and my new house before moving in. I am so impressed. I always am. From start to end, it was fantastic. Scheduling was painless, quote was pretty accurate. Cassandra always does a great job. The technicians came out, explained everything before they began and ensured it looked how I wanted it before they left. They were kind and professional. Today was my fourth experience with Mark at Steam Master. He has recalled each of our prior services and homes. Today Kevin, who is three plus years trained joined him. I had a sofa, three sitting chairs and 600 SF of carpet steamed and I have always had a positive experience and everything explained. I cannot say enough good about this company. From the ease of making an appointment, the warm greeting when they arrived, and how much attention to detail they had in cleaning my carpet after I tried doing it myself😂😂😂 a very thorough and efficient process. By far the best value I’ve found. They are now scheduled with my neighbor and parents so they can get theirs cleaned as well. Thanks Mark!!!
