This is the 3rd time we have used Details & Dixon. Each time the crew (s) were professional, efficient, courteous, and told us what and how they were going to perform the service.
The 1st 2 times were for window cleaning and dryer duct cleaning. The latest was for house washing by Tate and Dylan.
Each crew was very customer service oriented and it seemed they tried to outdo each other in the customer service department.
We will definitely use them again in the future.

This was my first time hiring professional cleaning help other than at time when I was moving. The folks that set up my service were very responsive and answered the questions that I had promptly with clear communication.

Even more than that, I want to sing the praise of the two women that came to clean my apartment. It was rough around the edges, and they left the place sparkling clean. Fast, kind, and professional. They were super sweet with my cat and communicative about what they needed while allowing me to keep getting my work done. It was honestly such a great experience, and I plan to continue using D&D for regular cleanings!

Terrible experience with yesterday’s window cleaning. I had windows left streaked and not cleaned. Four screens damaged with no acknowledgement of the damage. Windows sills not cleaned (despite the team reporting that they were cleaned) and screens were not securely reattached despite multiple caution that it could be a problem unless one assisted on the outside of screen while another secured screen from inside.

However, as bad an experience was, the worst aspect was to suffer the indignity of lies and misinformation reported by the service team to the manager when I tried to quietly resolve. For some unknown reason, the rep handling my complaint thought it prudent to believe and support her cleaning team rather than to acknowledge my issues. I am not a big fan of gaslighting when it comes to service providers. Badly badly done.

I will never use Dixon Home Svcs ever again and I warn all to beware!!

I've struggled to balance a busy schedule with a desire to keep my house up to the standards I was raised to keep. Having a young son, long commute, and a fiance who works odd hours didn't help matters. We finally broke down a put out bid requests for cleaning, and Details had both the best prices and reputation.

They arrived a bit early, but let us know they were here. When I came home, the house had clearly been cleaned, which might sound redundant but if I can tell it was done it was. A few pictures were still a bit crooked after being dusted, but otherwise the house was gleaming. I made a few spot checks and everything came back clean.

They needed counters and floors cleared of clutter, which was actually a very good thing: it forced us to deal with the accumulated random stuff before their arrival and will need to be done every two weeks now.

The initial clean was less than expected and I look forward to a clean home every other week.

The crew did a great job. Windows were cleaned to perfection! Also had the gutters done. Excellent quality work for both gutters and windows. Worth the money!

Have been using D&D for a number of years and have always been satisfied. While having my gutters cleaned i spoke to the cleaner regarding my Garden window which bumps out about 2 feet from my house. Asked him if after blowing out the gutter leaves if he would please blow off any debris that landed on my window. He not only blew off the debris but then wet washed the entire window, What a lovely surprise that was. Always great service but this was extra special and much appreciated.

Love Details & Dixon's Home Service and have used them for many years. Cleaning of my home is perfect every time. I also use them for window cleaning and cleaning of our gutters. Also perfect every time. This is a high quality excellent customer service company!

So pleased with our top to bottom home cleaning yesterday! They did an excellent job, and paid attention to the minor details! So greatful for them and excited to have them back again on a recurring schedule. Thank you Estephani and Roy!

We had our first house cleaning by this company this week. I was trepidatious, as I'd had dubious experiences with house cleaners in the past. But communication was great beforehand, and three employees arrived exactly on time, and worked very hard to get our home cleaner than it has been in well over a decade! We also appreciated that the cleaning products used had only a mild scent, nothing overpowering or perfumey. I'm looking forward to the ongoing monthly service and living in a cleaner home! What a luxury!

I’m really happy with the service I received from Dixons today. The siding is spotless and I can actually see out the windows! The crew was professional and courteous and did an excellent job.

We recently had a very positive experience with this business. They provided an accurate cost estimate ahead of time (for window cleaning, inside and outside), scheduling was easy and they had availability within 2 weeks, and the service was excellent. They were efficient yet thorough in their cleaning and their rate is incredibly fair. I would highly recommend them for window cleaning services.

I was scheduled a couple days after my call to clean my gutters. Fortunately, later that day, one of their crews was able to come and do it! That was great timing because more rain was forecast. The crew was very efficient and professional, and they soon they had the clog cleared and all the gutters cleaned. I am really happy with them.

I've been using Details & Dixons for several years. The communication is excellent both before and after the appointment. Every team introduces themselves professionally and with a smile. They are professional, efficient, thorough, respectful of my property and proud of their efforts as they make my windows, etc., shine. I highly recommend them. You will not be disappointed!

I have used Dixons for years and have referred them to many people. They are always kind and considerate and have always done an outstanding job.

Courteous, efficient scheduling with initial estimate by email. A convenient, prompt date set. 2 people worked hard for several hours and got high walkout house done safely and thoroughly, including out and inside, jams and screens. Friendly, experienced, professional. My add-on request for screens on screened porch was handled right away, office notified me of estimate and they did that also. Windows look great, will definitely call again!

I have been getting my windows cleaned by Dixons for years. The reason for this is because they do a good job. The people that come out must be trained well, they are professional, well mannered, do a good job fast. Why would I hire anyone else you can't beat knowing your going to get good job. This is a newer service by Dixon they now clean homes. Everything I said about their cleaning of windows hold true for cleaning my home. They did such a good job and I am so pleased. When you can't find anything you wish they did different thats a good job. Of course I am going to have them on a regular schedule.

Been using D&D for a few months now, just to do a monthly clean of the house. (I live alone and can't quite keep up with everything myself.)

The crew does good work - I've had the same folks every time, so I guess it's a pretty consistent job and they retain employees well. I occasionally see a missed corner or something but they're definitely getting 99% of everything.

As a matter of policy, they don't mess with or organize your stuff, so if you're one of those "organized in piles on the floor" people, this is incentive not to be.

They're pretty rigidly scheduled, but were able to fudge a little bit when I had a doctors appointment day-of - showed up an hour early and were done/gone by the time I needed to leave.

Initial cleanup took ~3h and was about $400, followup cleans have been ~$160 for ~1h. For three employees, with insurance and everything, it seems reasonable. Supervisor comes by sometimes and chats with them, seems like a decent sort. Haven't had any issues he needed to talk with me about.

Fantastic home cleaning service. I had three ladies show up promptly and work efficiently to clean the inside of our home. They did an exceptional job. Our house has never been so clean before. Very affordable and great service. Very much recommended Details and Dixon’s.

I searched for a window cleaning service last year 2024, on Angi and was disappointed with the lack of professionalism from the company I chose. Details & Dixon also bid out the work, so this year I called them to do an exterior only washing of the windows. I could not be happier. I thought I would have to wait a couple months, but given the warmer March, they were able to come and clean the winter yuck off the windows. The staff rang the bell to confirm what I wanted done…outside only…and again when they were finished. Very professional! Also, shout out to the office staff that answered all my questions and later called me to see if the window cleaning could be done a couple days early, due to a snowstorm prediction.

We have used Details for multiple services and have no complaints about the window cleaning, and highly recommend them. We have consistently seen the same people, Jason, Colin and Robert, for several years now, something that is all too much not the norm with other businesses as well as Details other services. They credit a good supervisor and being treated well, which I value in a business. The crew arrives on time and has been consistently professional and pleasant. I can't recommend them enough.

A 2 man crew arrived on time friendly but on task. They worked safely and were respectful of our home and property. I was so surprised at how quickly and exceptionally well they cleaned all my windows, doors and screens. I also had them clean the tracks. We live in the country on a dirt road in the middle of cornfields. Those windows were filthy and would have taken me all summer to clean! They did an excellent job in 2.5 hours! They had the right equipment and know how!! I won't be shutting my blinds for awhile because I feel like I live in the garden of eden being able to see our beautiful yard so well with the clear windows. I highly recommend this business and especially this team!
