Greetings! Although Andrew did an excellent job! We were not satisfied with the scheduling .... although we were told that things could come up and to be flexible... we were given a 12:15 appointment time... and that our guy could show up as early as 1030.. and as late as 130 and that he would text when he was on his way.... he did... however there was no indication as to how far out he was from our home... we appreciated a picture of him in the text! So, ultimately he arrived at 1:45... only to find out that the office scheduled a cleaning before us last minute... it would have been favorable for the office to let us know so we weren't waiting for 4 hours.... as well, the office scheduler indicated it would take about 4 hours of time to clean our home and garage.... we were quite surprized when a bit more than two hours passed he was asking us to inspect the job.... Again, Andrew did a wonderful job.... just wish there would have been better communication especially after talking with the schedular about a recent appointment that they were four hours late... Ultimately I felt 200.00 an hour was a steep price to pay.... However, we appreciated the job well done... Blessings to all! Duane and Lisa Mars

Great experience. Would definitely hire again. Ben did an amazing job and was flexible with my daughter’s nap time/doing her room first. The communication texts when they are on their way/who is coming is very helpful.

I’ve had these guys out several years in a row, and I’ve been thrilled with them every time:
Ben came by this fall to clean my windows inside and out, and he was friendly, courteous, respectful - everything a fantastic customer service experience should be. Not to mention he was genuinely concerned with getting the job done right, and I couldn’t be happier with the state of my windows as we head into winter. (Last year and the year before it was Brian who cleaned our windows, and my experience has always been consistently excellent.)

Clean and clear provides a great service. Booking and scheduling was a breeze. Their communication regarding when the tech will arrive was helpful. Our tech, Tevin, did a stellar job! This is our 3rd time using Clean and Clear, and we definitely recommend!

Clean ‘N Clear (specifically Anthony) did a great job on my windows. I have a porch with floor to ceiling windows, so it makes a big difference. I have used C ‘N C for gutter cleaning in the past. They always do a good job!

Cleaned gutters that were very backed up with leaves and even a small tree growing. They gave me a quote beforehand, arrived promptly as scheduled, were very professional and efficient, and provided before and after photos. Very happy with the work. Highly recommend.

Cleans and clear did such an amazing job again. It was very easy to schedule service, they notified me when the technician was due to arrive and a very good part of their service is that they take pictures of all the gutters to show that they are now clean. The technician left no messes from blowing out the gutters. We are very pleased with the service. Thank you!

We contracted with Clean and Clear through our HOA. The sevice communicated a 2-hour window when they would come and showed up in that window. Cole was courteous and professional and did an excellent job on our windows, including showing us some screens to keep an eye on. Our house looks great and they were worth every penny. I would definitely hire them again!

Slightly disappointed that our window sills weren’t thoroughly cleaned as I thought that was included in our service. Picture shown is just one of many window sills that are this dirty. Our cleaner said it was “kind of” included in our service and went back to do a super rushed and not thorough job after I asked. A screen was damaged during the cleaning & a window frame was left with dirt afterwards. Not a huge deal but always a bummer to be left with extra work on our end to deal with after spending this amount. Our cleaner was super nice and friendly and the windows overall look so much cleaner! But I would likely use another company in the future.

I was very happy with my experience. I received an estimate that was reasonable. No surprises. The gentleman came out did the work very efficient very polite. Left no mess. And I would highly recommend these people to take care of cleaning your gutters. They are also helpful and friendly people to work with.

I love the flex scheduling! Our cleaner was here only 2 days after we called. Price is great. The tech gave us a referral for someone who could come out to do a gutter repair. Every step of Clean & Clear's customer care is friendly and efficient. Thank you for this great first experience!

Aaron did a wonderful job. He’s very professional and worked hard. My windows look so clean!
The only downside was the company used google maps to count the windows for the estimate instead of sending someone out ahead of time. When they arrived I was informed the estimate was incorrect and wanted to charge more. However, after I called the office I was told they would honor the estimate.
I would absolutely recommend this company, especially Aaron.

Overall, the crew did an okay job. I was not notified that they would be here prior to their arrival. One of the downspouts was not cleaned, and another was not reattached. Also, the crew used our hose and the spray nozzle attachment has now gone missing.

They forgot to wipe down the tracks and the screens were soso. However, the two guys that came out here were very respectful of my home, professional and friendly. That aspect was top notch. The owner reached out via this reply and a email to me expressing their commitment to come back. It is commendable when a business in today’s world really does care about their customers. Because of their stellar customer service, I feel confident in recommending Clean & Clear for your window washing needs. I also had them pressure wash my house and they did an excellent job. Absolutely excellent work. Notified us ahead for arrival. Showed up right on time. Did a really great job cleaning our windows. We are on the 19th. floor, so it’s no small task getting the windows removed from their frames and into the apt. to be cleaned. Sent two very strong young men for the job and it went efficiently and quickly. Will definitely have Clean and Clear back next fall.

The outside of my gutters were left dirty with debris making the house look dirty. Even though the dirt was on the outside of the gutter it matters because now they want more money to clean the outside. disappointing

Nice work, so fast! Two nice young men, made quick work of cleaning out our gutters. Left the area around my house very clean, I can’t even tell they were there. I was able to get an appointment very quickly after I got the online estimate. Plan to have them back to do my windows. Definitely recommend this company.

Service was done in a timely manner and Clean and Clear was communicative through the process, which I appreciate. However, the service itself was completed in about one hour and upon checking my gutters there was considerable debris left over in the gutters themselves. The photos on Clean and Clear’s website show gutters that are very clean after service, this was not my experience with them.

Edit: Clean and Clear’s response is not true. Both of the gutters that I took pictures of were accessible to the technician. There was an entirely different section that was not accessible due to the neighbors proximity, I have no problem with that. The work done was incomplete because the technician, for whatever reason, did not do a thorough job.
