This is the second time we have used Suburban Home Solutions, both great experiences! Last year they were out to clean our gutters and even inspected our chimney while up on the roof. Pat was very professional, efficient and it looked amazing.
We now recently had them out again, got lucky and had Pat again! This time It was to clean some mildew and sap on our siding at the highest peak of our house. Again he was beyond great to work with. He was very detailed in getting it off along with making sure to clean everything that fell below onto our flower boxes and landscaping. Not to mention both times he quoted us a very fair and reasonable price for the work that was done.
We will for sure be using them in the future!

Pat, the owner, came out and gave us a quote on our chimney for a repair. We knew it needed replacement prior to us buying the house. We had no clue on what to expect on having it repaired. He inspected it and ran us through the process and what needed to be done. Couldn't be more happy with the results and the price. Was actually pretty painless process. We have a 45 year old chimney (Old Chicago Brick) that was deteriorating (loose mortar, flaking brick, cracked chimney cap and cracked flu). I contacted 7 different contractors and decided to go with Suburban Home Solutions after researching the various contractors (Price, responsiveness, references, warranty and a Better Business Bureau check).

Suburban Home Solutions was professional and easy to deal with throughout the process. Patrick provided me a detailed quote covering the scope of the project along with the materials to be used. They were timely in doing the work, cleaned up the job site each day and at the conclusion of the work. The work crew chief, Jose, was also very informative and pleasant to work with.

You can't go wrong with Suburban Home Solutions.

The furnas vent cap on the top of my roof broke and blew off due to age and rust, leaving my roof vent opening exposed to the elements. I had no idea who to call and who fixes such a thing. I found Suburban Chimney Solutions through Google and called them. I can not tell you how pleased I am with them. Patrick came out the same day, and installed a new stainless steel vent cap. He was here on-time, did a professional install, and was extremely polite. I could not have asked for more. I absolutely highly recommend this company for your needs. You will not be disappointed! Five stars all the way!!

SCS gave me a thorough explanation of the issues with our chimneys and a quote that was much more reasonable than the other companies I contacted. They completed 2 large crowns and caps within 2 days, added extra water proofing and a lifetime warranty. Good communication from Patrick and a solid job from Kelly.

Hiring Suburban Chimney was a no-brainer! From the first call to the installation to the follow-up, I was treated as if I was the only customer they had! From the Owner returning my phone calls almost immediately when I had any questions. The on-site crew was professional, courteous, and personable. Best of all the new chimney looks great! You can always shop around and try to find a better price, but come here for the service, it 1st class!

Suburban Chimney Solutions carved out time in their schedule to get our job done. They showed up, and immediately got to work which was difficult because of the pesky rain which kept randomly showing up at different times. But, they managed to get it done in a few short days which was amazing.

Patrick and the Suburban team were awesome. We bought an old home with a wood burning fire place that we wanted to use. Their quote was reasonable and fair. They were responsive throughout, keeping us in the loop via email. When they were here, they were friendly and respectful, keeping our house clean. And they even went above and beyond with helpful tips for first time home buyers using their fireplace. Really appreciate all the work by the team and would absolutely use them again.
