We used Suburban Chimney Solutions to make repairs to our chimney. Patrick was very responsive and the communication was great. Kelly did our repair, with almost 20 years of experience, our chimney looks fantastic! The bricks match perfectly. I would highly recommend this company and have already passed their name onto 2 friends.

We had a fantastic experience with Suburban Chimney Solutions from start to finish. Patrick was easy to communicate with and did a great job of explaining the estimate and answering any questions we had about the job. Our work crew was led by Kelly. He and the entire team were friendly, professional, hard-working, and excellent masons. We can't say enough good things about the work they did on our chimney (complete external rebuild) and would recommend them to anyone.

They were professional from the get-go, arrived when they said they would, did the work efficiently and followed up on a matter that we encountered expediently. Patrick did a phenomenal job on waterproofing our chimney. You can tell he knows his stuff and takes pride in his work.

We had Suburban Chimney out almost 2 years ago to do repairs to our chimney brickwork and they did a terrific job. They came out today to help us resolve an issue with our gas fireplace and Kelly and Mike were great. Our fireplace is now working and I'm very happy with the service they provided. They are outstanding. You won't find a better or more reliable chimney company for your chimney repair needs. Their prices and quality of work really aren't beatable. The owner is great. The crew was very professional, kind, and hard working. Excellent craftsmanship. I was a happy customer that has hired them to work on two separate jobs now. Would do it again if I ever needed them again. Regrettably, don't see us needing to fix anything on our chimney ever again for another 100 years. Maybe we'll get lucky and lightning will strike our chimney. I would be happy to call them back again in that case.

Patrick and the crew not only did great work but were easy to work with. Communication is so important and Patrick kept my wife and I updated on everything while we were waiting for the work to be completed and afterward. My old ass chimney fell down this summer and I'm not going to lie, I had no idea what to do. Im so grateful we finally found Suburban Chimney because I was lost and overwhelmed, especially since my insurance company wouldnt even send someone out. But working with Patrick at SCS made my experience of my situation so much easier time and time again. Patrick is extremely friendly and easy to chat with. He'll give you a ton of knowledge in a fun and easy conversation. He sent an inspector right away who provided a same day transparent quote. The masons who came out were very professional and polite. I've had this pesky and stressful chimney leak that's been a bother since I bought this house.  My chimney has decorative stone work on it and the quotes/attempts to repair the leak have been staggeringly high or unsuccessful.  Patrick came out and took a look at it, he gave me a few options to consider.  He was polite, professional and reassuring.  He got to work promptly after we agreed on a plan of attack, which was a refreshing change of pace from other home repair professionals.  The work was done well, he was clean and quick, but did not spare any effort to save time.  Thank you Patrick, working with you was a pleasure brother.  Highly recommend Suburban Chimney and Masonry for any chimney woes!

Suburban Chimney and Masonry did a great job fixing my chimney! Process went smoothly from getting a quote, to scheduling the work, to having the crew on-site completing the work. Everone was very communicative throughout the process as well, wether it was the owner, Patrick, or the crew on site explaining exactly the work being done. Overall, very happy with the work and would hire them again for masonry repairs for sure!

I got to admit, Pat from Suburban Home Solutions Teams did a gorgeous job making sure my gutter was clean and protecting from damage. I've used them numbers of time for my properties & every-time seems like the first time with fantastic results. He quickly came out, ran me though full details of there layout... "Want to work came back" Done,.. NICE CLEAN FANTASTIC WORKS-MAN CRUFT.

Friendly, helpful, honest, and fast. During the epic storm that was just wind last week, my chimney cap blew off with everything it was attached to (incorrectly by previous homeowner). I was able to get a next day appointment to install a new chimney liner, flue, cap, and new seal where the flashing was. The crew - Kelley and Michael - were great and responsive. They cleaned up after the job and gave a walk through with me. I had a concern that was immediately addressed by Patrick. I recommend Suburban for all chimney needs!

Highly recommend Patrick at Suburban Chimney. We reached out to them to help us solve a leak we were that we suspected was because of our chimney. While the initial service was great and done in a timely manner, we unfortunately continued to experience some staining on our ceiling.

I contacted them again, and they were responsive and understanding. Patrick came back out promptly to thoroughly investigate the issue, and he took the time to explain the potential causes. Ultimately, he discovered that some of the leaking could be from the roof, but he even had someone come out to offer a second opinion.

I had a fantastic experience with Suburban Chimney Solutions. During the initial sales consultation the representative took the time to explain each part of the process and why they approach it that way, which gave me a lot of confidence in their work. I received a couple of other quotes, but none were as detailed or informative. Patrick coordinated the project, keeping me updated every step of the way, and they even managed to complete the job a week ahead of schedule!

The team did an outstanding job on our 1922 home, pouring a new crown, re-tuckpointing, and closing an auxiliary flue. The job site was left spotless, and I felt respected and valued as a customer throughout the entire process.
