This is the second time we have used Suburban Home Solutions, both great experiences! Last year they were out to clean our gutters and even inspected our chimney while up on the roof. Pat was very professional, efficient and it looked amazing. We now recently had them out again, got lucky and had Pat again! This time It was to clean some mildew and sap on our siding at the highest peak of our house. Again he was beyond great to work with. He was very detailed in getting it off along with making sure to clean everything that fell below onto our flower boxes and landscaping. Not to mention both times he quoted us a very fair and reasonable price for the work that was done. We will for sure be using them in the future!

Pat, the owner, came out and gave us a quote on our chimney for a repair. We knew it needed replacement prior to us buying the house. We had no clue on what to expect on having it repaired. I would highly recommend Suburban Home Solutions for any brick work, chimney repair, or tuckpointing services you may need. It's not often that you find a contractor who is highly responsive, professional and does quality work at a reasonable price, but Suburban Home Solutions checks all of these boxes and more. We have a 45 year old chimney (Old Chicago Brick) that was deteriorating (loose mortar, flaking brick, cracked chimney cap and cracked flu). I contacted 7 different contractors and decided to go with Suburban Home Solutions after researching the various contractors (Price, responsiveness, references, warranty and a Better Business Bureau check). Suburban Home Solutions was professional and easy to deal with throughout the process. Patrick provided me a detailed quote covering the scope of the project along with the materials to be used. They were timely in doing the work, cleaned up the job site each day and at the conclusion of the work. The work crew chief, Jose, was also very informative and pleasant to work with. You can't go wrong with Suburban Home Solutions.

The furnas vent cap on the top of my roof broke and blew off due to age and rust, leaving my roof vent opening exposed to the elements. I had no idea who to call and who fixes such a thing. I found Suburban Chimney Solutions through Google and called them. I can not tell you how pleased I am with them. Patrick came out the same day, and installed a new stainless steel vent cap. He was here on-time, did a professional install, and was extremely polite. I could not have asked for more. I absolutely highly recommend this company for your needs. You will not be disappointed! Five stars all the way!!
