After a water pipe leaked, my lower level was partially flooded. Servpro came in and preformed cleanup and put out many dehumidifiers for several days then came back and removed all the items that were unsalvageable. They were very fast and efficient.

We had a guest stay at our AirBnb house and they threw a huge party with weed, cigarettes, a hooka, alcohol, etc. We came in to find vomit and spit and many other things all around the house and splattered on the walls as well as crumbs, tobacco, alcohol, etc. The house was an absolute disaster.. words do not do it justice. We had to get the place cleaned up for our next guest coming in four days, so we called ServPro. Before they came, we had cleaned up quite a bit to get a headstart. When they entered the house, the man said, "This house is not as big as I expected and it looks pretty clean compared to what we usually do. Are you sure you need us?" He then proceeded to say, "Now, you do know this will cost at most $1,000.00, right?" We agreed because we really needed the house to be ready. It appeared that they covered all the surfaces in the house, but when we ran a damp cloth a surface, it came up COMPLETELY black. The odor also remained after they cleaned and we were told that "mother nature will do it's work." We paid the down payment of $500.00 and they left. Then we got the bill. Our estimated max-of-$1,000.00 bill turned out to be $1,500.00. Keep in mind that is even after we made a $500.00 down payment. You can imagine our surprise that our maximum price was exceeded by $1,000.00. We called to question it, and the man said, "Oh, well after I sat down and plugged the numbers in, I realized I was wrong." I might be mistaken, but someone who has been in business for as long as they have should be able to quote prices quite accurately. He was also at the house and saw the size and the damage when he gave us the quote. Our house did not grow or becoming dirtier while they were there, so this was very puzzling. They would not budge on the price at all, so we did end up paying double the amount we were told it would cost. They were very misleading and were deceiving in their words and actions. I would never have them clean or do any services for me ever again. I am highly dissatisfied and would not recommend them to anyone.
