These guys were great. Ezra was very friendly, professional, and answered all my questions. In the end, we didn't need to replace my garbage disposal because he got the current one unstuck. He did it so fast that he reduced our bill 50%. I hope he doesn't get in trouble for that -- he's a great employee and Ron the Sewer Rat will now get all my future drain calls, so they'll make it back!

Had water backing up through the main line drain. Our technician Jeff ran some checks and found it was a floor line issue and not the main line. Cleared the floor line and cleaned up the area. He was on time, very courteous and professional. Will use their services again. Thanks for the help. Robert S
