We had a sewage issue at our house and the floor, trim, frames, and vanity in the bathroom/mudroom area were damaged. Linda came by quickly and helped guide us through the process of mitigating the water damage and dealing with our insurance company. Everything was completed quickly and she was great to work with. Highly recommended!

We had an unfortunate flooding experience. Servpro was here immediately after contacting our insurance company. They assessed the water damage and brought the equipment needed to dry it up. James and Kamia were professional and helpful with explaining exactly what they were doing.

James did an exceptional job for us. From the initial evaluation to the final details, we were pleased with the quality of work and his professional, friendly manner. We would highly recommend him for other jobs.

Our property had a water heater leak in the lower level. We went down stairs to find wet cartpet. Knowing
we had limited time to get it taken care of before mold/mildew sets in, we called ServPro Eagan/AV. I spoke with Cliff and their technician Eric was at my front door in under 30 minutes. (on a Saturday) Eric got to work checking the area and setting up his equipment. He was very friendly and professional and let me know exactly what he was doing and why. He got everything dried out and treated in just a few days. We were so thankful that we didn't have to tear out and replace all of the carpet.
I definitely strongly recomend ServPro Eagan/AV. Their customer service was fantastic and very responsive. They were fast, efficient, reasonable and very professional.

Austin and ServPro did an amazing job! They were out within an hour of calling, and willing to work closely with me for a major water damage product. Highly recommend!

Roni came out when we weren’t sure about how to handle a leak we had from the attic and gave us a great deal of useful information on how to handle it moving forward. Because of the moisture reading, he confirmed the course of action we should take and gave us all sorts of guidance on how to go about it. He even pointed us in the direction to get a better dehumidifier to quicken the process.

We are eternally grateful for the education and guidance on how to handle this little accident, and confirmation of all the steps needed to properly fix the issue. Roni, you’re a rockstar, and we’re still good for that return visit off hours if you’d like! 5/5 🌟

We called Servpro after the city sewer backed up into our basement. Servpro responded promptly and sent a team out same day to begin cleanup. Eric and Chad were incredibly knowledgeable, professional and polite. The team did a great job and everything was completed thoroughly. Highly recommended

Our laundromat recently experienced a dryer fire. I called ServPro the day of the fire. The very next morning , Cliff was at our laundromat mapping out a plan and organizing his team . His cleaning crew worked all weekend cleaning and mitigating the pungent smell of the fire. Whenever I had a question Cliff always answered my calls. I highly recommend this company. They got us up and running in no time.

Our ServPro leader (Linda) and her crew were excellent. Very hard workers and ensuring everything was checked and rechecked for complete dryness.
They did not leave until all their work was 100% completed.
Except for a couple of other emergencies they had come up, they were always on the timeframe they said they would be here.

If I could give them no stars, I would. They charged my dad for services they didn't do, and now they’re suing us because we “didn’t” pay the full amount and they DID NOT send an invoice of the remaining amount that needed to be paid but they were able to cash the check in full. I would RECOMMEND TO NOT USE this company and always have written communication with them, as they only seem to communicate verbally and then the issues become a he said she said allegation. Definitely go with another company!!!!!! I will definitely continue to update as we already have a court date coming up.

Got a quick response to an inquiry I sent for an estimate on mold removal and restoration in my kitchen, and the professional (Roni Adams) they sent out to evaluate my project returned messages quickly, and went out of his way to schedule a time to visit that worked on my end. In a situation with a relatively inexperienced homeowner as I am, he provided an honest opinion of what didn’t need to be done, based on a decade of personal experience where he could have easily done otherwise. This kind of fair and respectful treatment in an area of home repair that especially riddled with scammers, is so refreshing, and so much appreciated. James was very knowledgeable about the damage and had a clear path to a solution. He could walk us through the steps of the process and made us feel good that things would be taken care of. Communication was excellent and they were always on time. Great complete work and the place was in better shape (clean) when they left than when they showed up. Servpro also worked very seamlessly with my insurance company which was really helpful.

We had a water leak coming from our dishwasher. It must have been leaking quite a while before we noticed it. Had really bad water damage to the kitchen floor and the basement below. Within hours of us reaching out we had a call back to come out and look at the damage. James from Servpro came out to the house. He had great communication, was on time and if he was running behind he did call to update me. When it came time to remove the damaged materials it went smoothly. I wasn’t left with extra cleanup, they made sure to vacuum up all the little pieces before they left. They were at the house everyday for a week.

For having this water issue as a huge inconvenience to us, they did make it go by smoother and more pleasant knowing it was getting taken care of properly. I would highly recommend them.

I would like to thank Eric and his team Eddie, Chad. they were able to guide the water to the sump basket to prevent any more flooding in the rest of the basement. They were also able to remove the contents, so no more would get damaged.

Very impressed with ServePro! We had a pipe burst and ServPro was at our house within 30-45 min of when I made the call. Their quick response time was impressive. They followed up a few days later and will follow up again tomorrow. Great service and lessened the headache of a ton of water in our basement!
