From signing paperwork and through the entire process the guys were very respectful of my home and taking care of the problem I had. Cliff was very knowledgeable about what needed to happen step by step. Highly recommend this company!

After a water pipe leaked, my lower level was partially flooded. Servpro came in and preformed cleanup and put out many dehumidifiers for several days then came back and removed all the items that were unsalvageable. They were very fast and efficient.

They did an excellent job of drying out my parents house after a water pipe started leaking.

We had a guest stay at our AirBnb house and they threw a huge party with weed, cigarettes, a hooka, alcohol, etc. We came in to find vomit and spit and many other things all around the house and splattered on the walls as well as crumbs, tobacco, alcohol, etc. The house was an absolute disaster.. words do not do it justice. We had to get the place cleaned up for our next guest coming in four days, so we called ServPro. Before they came, we had cleaned up quite a bit to get a headstart. When they entered the house, the man said, "This house is not as big as I expected and it looks pretty clean compared to what we usually do. Are you sure you need us?" He then proceeded to say, "Now, you do know this will cost at most $1,000.00, right?" We agreed because we really needed the house to be ready. It appeared that they covered all the surfaces in the house, but when we ran a damp cloth a surface, it came up COMPLETELY black. The odor also remained after they cleaned and we were told that "mother nature will do it's work." We paid the down payment of $500.00 and they left. Then we got the bill. Our estimated max-of-$1,000.00 bill turned out to be $1,500.00. Keep in mind that is even after we made a $500.00 down payment. You can imagine our surprise that our maximum price was exceeded by $1,000.00. We called to question it, and the man said, "Oh, well after I sat down and plugged the numbers in, I realized I was wrong." I might be mistaken, but someone who has been in business for as long as they have should be able to quote prices quite accurately. He was also at the house and saw the size and the damage when he gave us the quote. Our house did not grow or becoming dirtier while they were there, so this was very puzzling. They would not budge on the price at all, so we did end up paying double the amount we were told it would cost. They were very misleading and were deceiving in their words and actions. I would never have them clean or do any services for me ever again. I am highly dissatisfied and would not recommend them to anyone.

We couldn’t have been more pleased with the workers - Linda, Eric, and James. They were on time, thorough in their work and cleanup. We appreciated their friendliness and positive spirit.

I discovered a broken pipe in my daughter's bedroom and didnt know the importance of getting it dried out properly. They came out, set up equipment, cut out the sheetrock, and took care of my mold issue right away. They were professional, courteous, knowledgeable, but most of all kind. They understood that this was my home, but most of all my daughter's "space". They reassured me everything would be ok. Everyone from the beginning to the end were wonderful to work with.

I had a pipe burst in my tuck under garage. I was panicking and stressed, but James was a super hero, and his side kick Austin was great too.

Absolutely fantastic! I was hit by water damage caused by the most recent storms and then realized that we had damage and mold that was previous to this storm as well. It was a nightmare. Linda was absolutely fantastic to work with. She has great communications skills and kept us updated during the whole process and was always so positive and solution-oriented. Everyone that worked with her was great, too. I am very glad we had ServePro help us.

I have just had a silver lining appear from a very, very dark cloud and it was Linda and her amazing people at ServePro. Sadly, I had a crazy disaster happen when a leak occurred on my second floor. I called a very well-known St Paul Plumbing company to come out and they sent a “so called” plumber out to stop and fix the problem. After five and a half hours, multiple cut holes in my first floor ceiling, stained carpet and drips into my finished basement he still didn’t know the problem. I spoke to my insurance people and they said they would call ServePro in to help me clean up. Linda and her team totally worked around my schedule and daily demands. She was amazing and they were the ones who pin-pointed the problem. Linda was here for me to cry to and be supported by the entire time. Morning or night she answered her phone seven days a week. One day when checking moisture readings her supervisor was with her. They had a long day and the Supervisor waited in the van while Linda reviewed and assured me but I made certain to rave on the service, the attention she and her special assistant Eric gave to me. I realize this is just one of the many cases Linda has to deal with regularly BUT she is AMAZING! Linda’s work is complete, compliant, code worthy, respectful while understanding, very accommodating and compassionate. She is a premier example of ServePro’s standards, an exceptional individual, employee and representative of ServePro.

Roni Adams from the Eagan/Apply Valley Servpro location gave me useful advice and spent a while explaining options even though it became clear early in our encounter that there wasn't going to be any work in my situation for him/Servpro.

I had some water damage related to a pipe leak on an upper floor and was uncertain of how big of an issue it was. I talked to a plumber (who fixed the source of the issue) and he recommended a second guy to consider restoration work. THAT guy wanted to rip out two floors and other things beginning that night, which would rather clearly have been insurance fraud in my mind given I had little more than one eight-inch bubble in my ceiling.

Roni gave me a balanced view of the issue and its possible relation on mold, appearance, etc despite not even being paid for the free inspection. He also gave advice on what was worth trying to do myself to decrease my bill for a contractor to replace sheet rock in the future.

Very helpful and recommended for anyone trying to figure out the scope of a water issue.

I live in a senior high rise and was flooded because of a leaky toilet three floors above me. The folks from Servpro were here immediately and were terrific!! Linda was outstanding!! So kind and had empathy for my demise!! Highly recommend this company.

Omg! For 5 days we lived with Sewage that came up through the floor drains and in to the basement and they came out and set up professionally and were done in an about an hour and1/2 but they couldn't clear the floor drains because the plummers that caused the original problem had actually plugged the floor drains. And Linda and her crew went above and beyond for our landlord. Very very professional, very compassionate and they did a great job for a great price . Love , love,love them I cried tears of joy. And I will be calling them again to do our professionally clean our carpets. And anyone I know who needs any their services I would highly recommend them. Thank you Servpro.And Linda and her crew.

Linda did a great job getting our kitchen dried out over Thanksgiving weekend. She worked around our schedule, communicated when she was going to arrive, showed up on time, and accomplished any needed tasks efficiently so we could get back to our schedule. At the end of the drying process, she got all the equipment packed up, moved out, and cleaned up leaving no trace she had been there. She was very very friendly and a joy to work with.

My second floor bathroom tub drain failed and flooded the hallway, entry and half bath on my first floor. I spoke with Heather at ServPro, who treated me with kindness, professionalism and a understanding of my situation. Heather had a crew out to my home that day.

Reese led the water removal crew. His two man crew cleaned up my water mess. They next made a thorough inspection of the damaged area. They then removed sagging ceiling drywall and then set up fans and a dehumidifier. A ServPro crew returned
each day, at the scheduled time to monitor and expedite the clean up. All of this work was professionally done and my home was left cleaner than when they arrived.

ServPro, Heather and Reese deserve five stars...they are the best.

Linda was awesome to work. She was extremely quick to respond to our original inquiry and was diligent about following up with me throughout the restoration (clean up) process. Her restoration crew did a great job of preserving much of the hardwood floor trim and molding. Not only did they take great care in removing the pieces, they also numbered each piece, which allowed me to reuse almost 100% of the wood. ServePro had vendors to help move out our furniture and store it while we remodeled. Linda also did a very nice job of keeping us in the loop on what to expect during the entire process. Thank you ServPro Team!

We came home from vacation to water damage in our basement--finished half of the basement, carpet soaked. I called Servpro on a Friday afternoon. I was surprised and very pleased that they were able to come out that night. Linda N. and James wasted no time setting up fans and dehumidifiers. Linda came out on Sat morning and on Sunday morning and every day the following week. Linda is knowledgeable, dedicated and dependable. She made numerous calls on our behalf to our insurance company and to other Servpro professionals who would be needed to complete our basement work. She is a hard worker, takes her job very seriously and understands what the homeowner is going through. I give her very high marks for job performance and would recommend her to others in need of the above services.
