We had Bruckmueller do some work for us on a basement leak 4 years ago very professional. After 4 years there was a small leak again. We called Eric to see if he would warranty the work he was non confrontational and said he would be out and look at what happened. I was not sure what to expect because so few contractors stand behind there work. He looked at problem and assessed that the pipe installed was not installed far enough thus caused the new leak. Eric could have made something up and not stood behind his work and I really would have no leg to stand on. Eric was honest and fixed the pipe and is paying out of his pocket the damages to drywall and insulation to be replaced. Also, we got next day service from him(he did not string us along) Good contractors are hard to find now days I am glad I found one in Eric. Mistakes happen to all contractors but the good ones stand behind their work.

Bruckmueller Plumbing is always there when I need help. The experience and mastery of the plumbing craft never fails to diagnose and solve the many plumbing mysteries that occur in my 1920s house. On multiple occasions I’ve been told what the problem is over the phone even before he arrives to confirm and fix it. Thank you for all you do! You’re great at your job and it shows!!

We worked with Eric and Tony to finish a bath remodeling job. They installed free standing tub and vanity fixtures. They were very professional and finished the job on time. Customer was happy with her new remodeled bathroom!!

I asked for service call, when I did, I was told that they would be here for 30 minutes for $150. While he was here, he spent 25 minutes on the phone with the manufacturer where he was asking what he should troubleshoot. My fault, I assumed these were knowledgeable techs. After the first half hour passed, I kind of made it clear like hey do you have a diagnosis? He mentioned that he was on the phone with Rheem and that he thinks that they’re wrong so I just let him be. He did mention to me then, if I was busy, I can do my own thing.. which I did.

He then comes up an hour and 15 minutes later and tells me he’s gonna have to double what he charged me after the dispatcher specifically said that he would pause after 30 minutes to verify that I wanted him to continue.

The guy didn’t even follow his own instructions. He was not knowledgeable enough to service it on his own and then I was quoted $500 to repair a $50 part.

I mean, the guy hopefully figured out what was wrong but if all we had to do was call the manufacturer I could’ve done that myself.

Honestly, not impressed at all. This was the most drug out and over played service call. He spent 30 mins running water on the phone with the manufacturer. Well, I could have done that. After watching a five minute YouTube video charging me $500 to take three screws off there’s also kind of insane. And then not even being able to tell me which one I should purchase is also kind of insane. So much for a diagnosis.

It is no fun to wake up to no hot water! Champion Plumbing to the rescue! They came within hours of my call and Austin did a fantastic job with the installation. Highly recommend!

Champion Plumbing was easy to reach and very effiecient in scheduling our appointment. Austin was professional with the installation, removal of previous equipment, and keeping the space clean. He also took the time to clearly explain the installation process and the new equipment

Great work by Sebastian to replace our kitchen faucet! He had to saw off the old one after serving us well for close to 20 years. Great to see he wasn’t going to let this stop his success at completing the task! Great work and appreciate great advice on whether we needed to replace shut off valves. They replaced all the corroded ducts and made everything look brand new. Very professional and pleasant. A great experience.

We went with Champion a few years ago for our
water heater replacement and had a great experience! They were affordable and provided superior customer service! We moved and had to replace the water heater in this home and chose Champion again! They outbid the other companies we got quotes from and provided way better service! Very happy with this company and its operations.

Champion Plumbing sent out Billy and we had a great experience. He came over to provide a quote for a wide variety of issues. He took his time to review and explain each issue and our options as well as answer any questions that came up. Billy was not judgmental and did not push unnecessary jobs. As we review our options, we'll be happy to use Champion Plumbing for our current and future jobs.

Austin was very professional in the replacement of a water heater. Before he started the work, he explained the work he would be doing. While working, he was clean and orderly while taking care to respect our residence. After the old water heater was removed and the new on installed, he took care to show us all work was completed and we understood the heat settings and location of shut off valves. In general, Austin is a very nice polite young man. If I need any additional plumbing work in the future, I will definitely call Champion and ask for Austin

Champion met the same day installation commitment. Installation was done timely within a couple of hours. The technician called prior to arriving. The technician reviewed the project work and billing before and reviewed the work after it was completed. Great technician!

Austin did a great job. Very professional. Update: The city inspector was just out. She had no problem signing off on everything. She said that she sees a lot of work done by Champion and they usually catch everything. She said they make her job easy.
