Had the boiler replaced. Did a great job. Very reasonably priced. Answered any questions i had about the system and recommended parts for a long lasting eazy to maintain setup. Will definitely be using and recommending in the future.

I’ve worked with Anderson Burner in the past to keep my 33 year old furnace running but it was finally time to change things out. They did so without any high pressure sales and encouraged me to pursue other estimates. After doing so, their estimate and excellent service made the decision easy. Because of the age of my furnace, AC and water heater (all original 33 years ago) and because of the competitive estimate and honest service, getting all 3 replaced by Anderson Burner made sense. Loved working with a small local company too.

Anderson Burner Heating and Cooling has been servicing our oil burning furnace for 4O years. They are always quick to get us on the schedule, arrive on time, and fix the problem right the first time. Not surprising that costs have gone up over the years, but the price always seems fair. The technicians are always so polite and friendly, always a pleasure to see them!

Scott provided prompt service to get our A/C up and running. He does a great job explaining what the problem is and talks about the costs upfront. He takes the time to thoroughly answer all my questions which I greatly appreciate.

Aaron, Andrew, Luke and Tyler were all knowledgeable and courteous. They went above and beyond what we expected to accurately diagnose the problem and get it fixed.

2nd time Aaron has been out in the 4 years I've owned my home. A/C unit wasn't cooling my home. Unit was 17 years old and leaking. Aaron made time on a Friday evening to come out from 5-9pm to replace the old R-22 unit with the new/updated 1014a unit now required. He re-plumbed everything and had the new unit before he left. Aaron is Extremely honest, hard-working, polite, respectable, thorough and diligent in his work ethics. I HIGHLY recommend him and his company.

Scott is one of a kind, top of the line technician. He was very pleasant while here installing our new furnace and air conditioning. He is extremely knowledgeable and answered all our questions putting our mind at ease with the winter months ahead. We highly recommend this company!

On of one the hottest and balmiest days of summer, Scott showed up and saved the day.
He squeezed us in on a busy day and fixed our AC. We thought we were in for it, but nope. Will use Patton again and request Scott. He was prompt, professional and did a great job. Out giant long haired dog also says thank you.

We could not be happier with the service we received from Aaron Patton and his team. When things didn't go as quickly as planned, our tech stayed until 9 pm to make sure we had warm water for the next day. They explained every step of the process and made sure we were happy with all aspects our our new furnace and water heater. Each night, our garage was cleaned up before they left and they arrived promptly each morning. Thank you for making the whole process easy and worry free!

We hired Patton Heating and Air to check out and clean our A/C unit prior to the summer season. They were prompt, explained what they were doing, and gave us several tips on things we could do to keep our unit functioning longer. Scott was an outstanding technician.

My experiences with Patton have been nothing but excellent. They're responsive, thorough, and transparent in their pricing. Scott, in particular, has always treated me with respect and is an excellent explainer about the issues, recommendations, etc. As a woman, it's rare to be taken so seriously by a technician. I won't use any other company for my HVAC needs.

Honest, quality local business. That's all you need to know. Before going with Patton, whom were recommended by a friend, I did my research and read some reviews. They are great all around from answering questions, to being timely and polite. We had a them service our old furnace and eventually when we bought a new one went with them again. The guys that came out where very knowledgeable and did a great job installing the new one. Most recently we had them come out for our A/C and they had it up and running in no time!

Take your time and money elsewhere. I experienced difficulty multiple times with Patton (only due to alleged labor and parts warranty). I had to call repeatedly (6+ times each time) to get through because the person answering the phones hangs up on you, I left voicemails that went unanswered and others that took weeks to get a response, and I was charged for a handful of services by Aaron, the owner, that did not solve the problem with my geothermal problem. It took over a month to get onto their schedule for them to attempt to fix it and the technician finally identified the root cause and had to educate the owner of the company. I received no apology nor a refund (even in part), was accused of requesting unnecessary services, and had a horrible experience trying to describe my frustration and the situation for a resolution. I cut all ties with this company and urge others to avoid them as well. My experience was not made right by Patton and they use unethical business practices.

Great, prompt service; Andrew was exceptional. Day getting long from prior appointments; went above and beyond to make the last call of the day driving 45 min. Thank you Patton and Andrew!
