that there are still people that have strong work ethics, believe in maintaining strong customer relations, and have really good communication skills. Scott definitely has these qualities and he’s a good example and teacher for his trainee! It’s a pleasure doing business with Patton!!!

Technician Scott was fantastic. He asked all of the questions to understand our issue, did some troubleshooting and then asked more questions to really get to the root of the problem. He fixed our furnace and then went explained everything to us in simple terms that we could understand.

These guys are the absolute best - I would highly recommend to anyone needing heating/air work. Our furnace went out and was red tagged, so we needed help asap. Before coming out, they even asked if we needed space heaters (very thankful for the warmer than usual winter!) They worked us into their schedule as soon as they could, everyone we dealt with from sales to installers to front desk are WONDERFUL! They made a bad situation much easier on us because of the way they do business. Again, don't hesitate to call if you're in need of their services...you won't regret it!

Annually Patton Heating and Air Conditioning service my furnace, A/C and Aprilaire Humidifier. They do such a thorough job and are so pleasant to work with. Aaron is always so helpful in explaining and showing me when and what I need to do when switching from summer to winter for the Aprilaire Humidifier and even helped with the ordering of filters for future use. They have always been there when I needed them. So thankful.

Wonderful service! I called and left a message on a Saturday, Aaron called me back within an hour and had my appointment scheduled for Monday. Both technicians arrived on time and were very respectful and courteous. My gas line repair was done in less than 3 hours, and looks so much safer than my original line. Brandon and Zac installed my new furnace today. They showed up on time and were polite. They finished the job in a timely manner. We have used Patton Heating for several years for our home and for three multi-family rentals, for a great variety of jobs - such as installing new heating- and air conditioning units, installing new water heaters, as well as ordinary maintenance work and (emergency) repairs . They are always extremely responsive, professional, knowledgeable and helpful, even on weekends and at extremely short notice. If we could give more than five stars, we would!

I had talked with Aaron on the phone and told him about my problem with my AC unit he was very knowledgeable at listening to me so after talking with him I new this was the company to hire! So i had Patton Heating and Air out last week to get my AC unit up and working properly. Scott was the technician that came out and was trouble shooting the situation he put in a few new parts, and it is working well and working properly like it should. No issue with it since he completed the work on it. He was willing to go up in my attic as that is where the inside unit is, some other companies weren't willing to do this. A big THANK YOU TO SCOTT!!! He was very knowledgeable kind and respectful. Cost was within reason. I would recommend Patton Heating and Air to anyone looking for HVAC services

I’ve used Patton Heating and Air for A/C tune ups, full HVAC installation's and other miscellaneous projects for about 5 years now. I can’t say enough great things about this company and their crew. Their communication is consistent, quick, professional , and always fluid, which is tough to find. They know how to get things done the right way the first time, and this has always been an issue with other companies. I always get exactly what I asked for with the utmost respect and best work around. I’d highly recommend Aaron and Scott; the genuineness, professionalism, knowledge of their work and efficiency is the best there is. They care about each of their customers and are always very respectful of my time, what I need done, communicating and being transparent, and getting the job done the right way and efficiently.

Aaron and his Team are EXCEPTIONAL. I have worked with them since 2015 - 9 years! Although some delay to finalize the project, Aaron is super knowledgeable, solid work ethic, left my Home clean, takes care of his customers and provides priceless peace of mind warranty for the products customers buy. Arrived home on a Friday to a cold house(55°) and malfunctioning furnace. Called Patton Heating and Air Conditioning. Left a message with my issue and was promptly called back by the owner Aaron. Diagnosed the issue myself and due to circumstances told Aaron I really need service. Aaron did me a solid and offered to meet up so I could purchase the part from them. I wasn't able to meet up but simply offering shows the integrity of this company. Set up a service calll for the following day on a Saturday and was greeted at my door by Luke. Luke was wonderful, knowledgeable and efficient. Swapped my faulty igniter out with a new one with precision and speed. He was a fantastic technician and would gladly recommend Luke, Aaron and Patton Heating and Air Conditioning to everyone in need of HVAC services. 5 out 5 stars. Thanks a million gentleman.

I have had a number of very good experiences with Patton, on both the heating and AC sides of things. They were also very helpful in helping us deal with a dryer vent booster fan issue which they did not install. Friendly, timely and professional service is the norm for Patton. I highly recommend them.

Andrew and Reese did an excellent job repair on our air conditioner that had not been properly installed by a previous contractor. They isolated the problems and fixed them for us. Their knowledge of the air conditioner and years of experience installing and repairing them really paid off for us. Thank you!

From receiving my phone call, to scheduling an appointment, to conducting the diagnostic, to finally completing the work, I am most impressed with Patton’s professionalism, quality, and expertise. Luke and James did the work at our house. They are both experts in what they did and courteous. I would highly recommend Patton.

I wish I could give this company 100 stars. Last week, at 2:00 a.m., I woke up and discovered that our furnace stopped working. The temperatures were in the low single digits. It very was stressful. My husband went downstairs and found a sticker that had Patton Heating and Air's 24 hour number on it. We have owned this home for just a few years, so the sticker was from service done with the previous owners. At 2:00 a.m. Aaron took my husband's call and walked him through how to reset the furnace. The call took around 30 minutes. We had gotten the furnace going for that night. When their office opened the next morning, I called to schedule a technician visit. I praised Aaron and asked if we could please get a message to his manager. That's when I found out that Aaron is actually the owner! When the technician came the next day, I again expressed my gratitude to Aaron for taking our call in the middle of the night. We were distressed and he was a lifeline. His technician, Scott, shared our appreciation for Aaron, sharing that Aaron and his wife were currently on a tropical vacation celebrating their wedding anniversary. I even was further impressed and grateful by the customer service and the care we received. Aaron was humble enough to not disclose that he was the owner and on vacation. I found that out on my own and it deserves recognition. My husband and I did end up replacing our 16 year old furnace. We got top notch service from this company at every level. It's clear that they really care about service, kindness, and integrity. Patton Heating and Air has earned a customer for life. I can't reccomend them enough.
