Tony and Pro Custom Builders replaced the siding on my house. They provide high touch hands on personal customer service. Tony pays attention to every detail. He walked me through the process from begging to end. This is the second time I hired Pro Custom Builders, and I will use them for future projects.

We received several bids to install soffits, fascia, repair/install gutters, and replace an exterior door from various local companies; Tony worked with us and gave us a bid that was the most comprehensive by a massive margin. His bid was broken down so well that it helped us to understand exactly what needed to be done. He walked us through the various options we had and told us what he recommended based on his significant amount of experience in the industry. His communication with me was better than any contractor I've ever worked with. It was great to know ahead of time when he planned to show up and to get updates on how the projects were going. If there was inclement weather Tony was sure to let me know when he next planned to be at our house to continue the work.

The work that was done on our house was phenomenal. The soffit and fascia install make the exterior of our house substantially more appealing, and the airflow for our attic should help to reduce our ice damns dramatically. The door and gutter install on our garage look beautiful and function extremely well. Tony and his team at Pro Custom Builders couldn't have exceeded our expectations any more than they did on all fronts.

I will be highly recommending them to any of my friends and family in the area. If we ever have more work that needs done at our house Tony will be our first call.

Tony gave us a thorough inspection of the roof and attic. He put together estimates for known and discovered problems. We had him there to install roof anchors. He will be tops on my list of people to call for service. The committee also decided that he had the best price for the service. I was not involved in that part.

Tony did a great job installing guttering and gutter covers (I hate cleaning my gutters and hate ladders even more). He started almost immediately and had the job done in a few days. I also had him remove algae from my roof because my insurance company was being difficult. He got both jobs done in a few days, and provided a handy dandy report for my insurance company to show the state of the roof, what had been done and a bunch of supporting photos. Tony and Pro Custom Builders are now my go-to guys for any roof related work I need doing.

I recently had some restoration work done (not by Pro Custom Builders) which passed the city inspection. But I noticed a few things that looked wrong to me. The contractor wasn’t responding to my questions promptly, so I hired Pro Custom Builders to check out the construction work. Tony at Pro Custom identified a few key issues that should not have passed inspection, and I sent his report to the city. With that report, the city was able to get the construction company out to quickly rectify the issues.

On a separate job, Tony also advised me on a couple important points to ensure the contractor was doing the job the correct way. Armed with that information, I made sure the contractor was doing the job right and not taking shortcuts.

I will be using Pro Custom again on an upcoming renovation project.

Tony was awesome to work with on a somewhat complicated roofing job that required coordination between insurance, solar panel guys and his own team. He handled everything efficiently and I love the new roof and gutters!
