The remediation (mold) and build back was high quality work as far as i could see with proper isolation, removal and air filtration of the mold, explaining each major step along the way providing detailed cost itemizations and working with insurance.

Fast, responsive and professional. Quickly removed mold in my house. Timing was crucial as we had carpet coming in; they were able to test, treat and seal in time for the carpet to be put in.

I was misled to think that Eric was telling the truth when he told me I didn't need to get competitive bids because insurance would pay a set amount. In the end I was paying it and they charged more than $100 per hour for service and more than $100 per day for use of dehumidifier.
I would not recommend this company.

We had Scott come out and quote a small mold remediation project. Scott is an absolute professional. He answered all of our questions honestly and explained the process in detail. Scott provided us a quick and reasonable quote. I highly recommend Scott if you have mold issues!

We were selling my mother-in-laws townhome and the home inspector discovered some mold in the basement rim space, and our closing was set for less than 14 days away. Erik adjusted his schedule and met me at the house the following day-he was right on time. Very nice guy, easy to talk to, and helpful. I explained the buyers concern (they were thinking of backing out) and he assured us that the amount of mold we had wasn't uncommon. He provided a price that same day, and they put us on the schedule for the following week (again they made adjustments to get in ASAP). Because we exposed more area between the quote and day of removal, the scope of the job grew. Erik was beyond fair in how he handled it and they got the job done all in one day, left the place spotless. From the initial visit to the crew, they are very professional, great guys, and they are looking to help solve the problem without taking advantage.

So grateful to this team of hard-working folks! I needed a room remediated before Thanksgiving, and they were true to their word, highly professional, and did everything in a safe and efficient manner. I highly recommend this crew!

From sales guy, Kody, to all of the on-site employees, they all know what they are doing and are all professional and have all the right equipment/machines. Our basement looks and smells fabulous where before was an ugly problem. I challenge you to find a better price. We suspect that some big name companies price for insurance coverage, but these guys give fair prices for homeowners on their own dime.

We moved across the country approximately six months ago. No one likes to hear that there is a water issue at their rental property. Erik showed up in the middle of the night to perform his due diligence and reported back to me the following morning. He had a comprehensive plan on how to perform the restoration work with an estimate. In the end, we felt extremely comfortable with Erik and team despite the fact that we were so far way. Hired this company to remove mildew and to clean the air ducts. My family and I are very happy with the results. Although my schedule was hectic at the time of service, his team was more than happy to work around it and make sure it was done in a timely fashion. Prices were affordable and I can't tell you how generous they were.
