The team did an excellent job installing our new gutters. They were prompt, professional, and the quality of the work is outstanding. Everything was completed on schedule, and the cleanup afterward was thorough. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable gutter installation!

I’m very happy with my project with Trinity exteriors, they installed an aluminum wrap on my soffit and fascia. Everything from Tyler, the sales Director, who returned my calls and told me what to expect. To Jesus, the project manager who handled all the details with his crew, everything went as promised with several walk-throughs during the process. My neighbor commented this morning as to the crews teamwork going on at my house during the installation. I appreciated all the detail paid to the corners and angles needed to get a good quality professional job.

We hired Trinity Exteriors to complete siding on the north side of our home and are extremely pleased with the result. Kevin did excellent work with the installation. He made recommendations along the way to improve quality of end result and always asked for our input to ensure the work was done to our satisfaction. As a customer, it is appreciated to be included in the decision-making process prior to action being taken and Kevin clearly communicated any concerns to assist us in making the final call. We did experience one contract related grievance, and without going into details I will advise people to always make certain every detail discussed during initial consult is included in scope of work and price quoted. Otherwise, it may cost you more than expected when your sales person does not recall things. However, this was not related to the actual work performed. The quality of the install was really good. We are satisfied with our decision to choose Trinity Exteriors due to the quality workmanship exhibited by Kevin, as he went above and beyond expectations to be certain we were happy.

Having Trinity do our siding project was a great experience. Ted gave us a number of options to consider and Jesus was a great Project Manager keeping in touch with us daily. His team lead by Romo were top notch tradesmen that executed excellent craftsmanship. We are so happy with the results. I feel like we have a brand new home!

From my first call to Trinity Exteriors and speaking with Jaz who answered my many questions in detail and professionally. Jaz was also very kind and courteous while scheduling our initial estimate appointment, I was hoping this company would be the best option. After doing our due diligence and getting several other estimates, we were so excited to find that Trinity Exteriors gave us the best information, sales process, pricing, and best customer service during our siding project. Jesus was the amazing Project Manager that was here every day from start to finish. He answered every questions, provided timely progress updates including many pictures of the progress. Jesus was knowledgeable, transparent with any time constraints or additional small repairs or design upgrades. Best of all was the way we saw Jesus work with and support the amazing work crew that we had onsite lead by Alex. Alex provided great insight and recommendations on the use of our accent colors and other design upgrades. Alex also lead the crew in a kind and professional manner and kept the project on time! We are extremely grateful for the new snazzy siding and gutters we now have. Thank You Trinity Exteriors for helping make our home beautiful. We can’t wait for our next project with your awesome team!

Updated with pictures and answered all of my many questions. His crew was wonderful. They were very respectful of my property and did superb work. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

After a hail storm, I reached out to Trinity (and some others) regarding the damage. Josh at Trinity outshined everyone by a mile and worked with us through all sorts insurance issues. Josh was consistent, communicated well, and beyond trustworthy/honest. After getting everything approved and moving forward, things stayed on the same great track. Our roof was replaced by an amazing team who did outstanding work! Extremely clean and professional. Then came siding replacement. Jesus with Trinity and his crew also did impeccable work. Clean and well installed. Not rushed in the slightest. Any issues that came up along the way, Trinity handled promptly and professionally. I wouldn't hesitate to work with them again! Great work. Clean work. Easy to work with. Doesn't get much better than that!

While the work done on our siding was ultimately fine, the communication from Trinity left a lot to be desired. We had a small job in the $4k range involving the replacement of some chipped cedar shakes and step flashing. After the initial evaluation/putting down our deposit during the second week of August, we had one person (who I believe was a subcontractor for Trinity) come out three weeks later in September to take another look. And then...radio silence for another month, until I proactively called the office the second week of October to ask where we were in the schedule.

From this point it felt like we were passed around to three different people - we never heard from the operations assistant originally assigned to us again - and after my call it took another two weeks for work to actually start. I acknowledge that some of that was due to weather, but this was *also* because the technician assigned to our job arrived at our house without any of the materials needed, as he'd been told they were supposed to be delivered that morning. It also sounded like he'd only been given a very vague description of the work that needed to be done. For what it's worth I don't blame him at all, but at least in our case it seemed like there was a breakdown of communication between the main office and their techs.

Look, I get it - there was that hailstorm back in September, and it makes sense that those $10k-20k roof repair jobs would take higher priority than our siding repair. I would've been totally understanding if someone had just reached out, called or sent an email telling us that it'd be awhile before they got to our job. But there wasn't any communication at all, and I suspect that if I hadn't reached out in early October, our job would still be in limbo.

Jenna Hiebner and Josue J came to our property on a very last minute request and were AMAZING!!!! So professional, great communication, and honestly the best vendor service we’ve ever had. 500 stars would recommend!

We had a toilet hose break in the middle of the night. Had 3 levels of house with water standing or in carpet. I called at 7:30 AM and they were in our house at 1:30 PM that same day. They put shoe coverings on to protect our floors and surveyed the wet areas and explained what they needed to do. They came back every day to check on moisture levels. Some sheet rock and carpet had to be removed and they did not make a mess anywhere.
My wife and I could not ask for a quicker response and understanding people as those from SERVPRO.
We tell everyone to check the toilet hose nut and how quickly SERVPRO responded to our call for help.
They were recommended to me from a family member in Iowa. (my Mom).

We discovered water in our basement at5:30 am, called Servpro at 6 am and they had a crew out here by 9 am.

Gunnar was the crew chief and Gunnar and his staff were outstanding. Gunnar clearly communicated the steps for removing all carpet and pads as well as how all water would be removed.

The crew quickly accomplished everything as discussed. They were friendly and I felt valued as a customer. Probably the best customer service I have ever had.

Following the sudden death of a friend, I was tasked with cleaning out her house and preparing it for sale with the proceeds to go to support my friend's young daughter. David Wnuk provided an initial estimate for the cleaning. However, once the team was engaged they realized that the work required was more than they had bargained for. The did an amazing job and the house sold quickly. When I spoke with David, he indicated that they were going to stick with the original estimate because it was the right thing to do. I was so impressed with his integrity and the compassion that he showed to us during a difficult time. I would highly recommend him and any team he leads. This was a home run for ServPro.

Returning to our home after a 2 month absence we were faced with a water pipe leak that had caused a huge water damage. Josh showed up that eve with moisture detector, dehumidifier, carpet removal and eliminating standing water. More equipment showed up with Josh and staff that continued to monitor the drying process. The contractors to finish the job were great also.
We were very pleased with the timely way and staff that took care of us. All were very professional, wearing masks and covering shoes. We will recommend this Servpro and of course use again if needed.

I definitely recommend Austin and the Edina/Eden Prairie Servpro team. We had drain pipe break causing major damage in our basement. I had a pipe break in my basement over the holiday and through a referral by my insurance agent, I called Servpro of Edina and Eden Prairie. Dave came out that day to access the situation and had a crew onsite 3 days later. During this time an asbestos test had to be done. Jenna and her crew did a good job getting the basement dry and was always in consistent communication. I will say that their has been a delay in getting a quote from Servpro on restoring the basement which has been frustrating, Jenna always took the time to answer questions I had and was very professional.
