The attention to detail, interest in listening and answering our questions, and the quality of the work made for an outstanding experience. The Trinity team went above and beyond to finish our project even working on the Saturday of Labor Day weekend. The finished product speaks for the quality of the work. Jesus and his team did an excellent job on our siding project. They were punctual and professional. Jesus communicated throughout the entire project keeping me updated. The intense weather conditions didn't stop the team from working very hard and they cleaned up after each day (no debris left lying around). We are happy with the finished results and would recommend Trinity Exteriors for any roofing and siding needs. I will definitely use them in the future.

There aren't many exterior companies I wholeheartedly recommend because I know 100%, every time, they're going to give an honest, no BS opinion on what people actually need. I've been burned in the past by some local exterior companies, and this is the only one I use now. Will is as ethical and skilled as they come. I referred them to my parents who had some hail damage come through, and they came in and diagnosed exactly what the issues were, and quoted a fair price. The other company tried to get them to replace their entire roof, even when their neighbor got quoted something totally different. I highly recommend them for everything exterior, because they are honest, effective, and fast.

Replaced the siding, soffits, and facia on an older home, restoring it to a former glory. They knew how to deal with the many quirks of our home. Every person we worked with at Trinity was amazing. I would recommend them to anyone.

Nick, Britney, and Jesus were awesome throughout the whole process of fixing my roof and doing an insurance claim. Nick was so helpful answering all the questions I had throughout the whole process. Doing first time claim and fixing a roof for the first time was a little stressful, but Trinity made is easier and less stressful. Jesus and his team did and amazing job from the start to finish fixing my roof, Jesus kept me updated while he and his team were fixing my roof. Definitely, will recommend Trinity if you need to get your roof fixed, especially if it your first time and don't know what to do like me.

Will Collins was tremendous in coming out to inspect, bid, and follow up on the job. We had no less than half a dozen personnel from Trinity ensuring that the job was correct from day one. Thorough pre-inspections, a pre-work walk through, follow up on questions, on-job responsiveness, worker courtesy and efficiency, and assurances that it would be done right or made right were consistent during the job. After the crew was done, the post-installation follow up was awesome, from walking the property to ensure a complete clean-up to scheduling the city inspector.

Trinity took care of everything and made the job hassle free for me as the homeowner. We had very little add-on during the job, which tells me the bid will come in as advertised, and without many surprises. This is refreshing in an era when so many contractors are likely to bid low and then over run. All of my interactions with the sales staff and the folks in the office were so friendly and professional- they were super communicative and quick to respond.

Our installation crew were easily the nicest and most professional team I've ever seen. They showed up on time, worked hard and well, and got the job done in three days instead of the promised 5-7. Many kudos to Jesús, the foreman, who was always available to come by or answer questions by text or phone call. His follow up was impeccable- it's clear he cares about his clients and their homes.

Overall, I recommend Trinity - hands down the best experience and best quality work and products I could have asked for for my home and family. When making a large investment in your home, especially when you are self-funding the work, it is vital to choose the right contractor, and for us, Trinity was it. Highly recommend and would hire again if the need arises.

After our hail damage, we reached out to Trinity Exteriors after a considerable amount of research on different companies. They did not disappoint! Everyone that we worked with from the start to the finish were fantastic. Josh, Jesus, the crew, the people in the office, Kevin, and others came through for us in ways that we never even expected. They are truly great people and take pride in their work. We are so glad that we chose them!

Our experience with Trinity Exteriors was a very pleasant experience. We had roof damage on the house and detached garage and siding on the garage replaced . Kevin our sales rep was very knowledgeable helping us pick colors and brought in the experts at the beginning to solve some previous water issues from the original poor roof design. Robert was our project manager for the roofs who had some custom metal flashing made to fix issues where the roof meets the logs(log home). Jesus was our project manager for the siding on the garage who made sure everything was done to our satisfaction. Romo was the lead on the siding and did some of the best flashing work around the stone that I have seen. Ted the owner came by beforehand due to some of the complexities of the project and spent time battling the insurance company to get everything covered that should have been. The whole place looks very nice and I would definitely use them again. Once the new garage doors are on it will be complete.

Not impressed. Was recommended them by a friend. Poor project manager communication. Took forever to get them to come replace my roof and delayed the scheduled date by over a month which caused issues with my insurance and storm damage claim. I asked them to NOT reinstall old gutter guards after replacing the roof. They put them back on anyways. They reinstalled them improperly with HUGE gaps. Literally did not even screw them back into the roof or gutters in several spots. This led to birds and wasps making nests in the gutters, which did not let the water drain properly. Left old shingles on 2 different awnings. Left screws and nails all over my property after the roof was replaced. When they came to remove the gutter guards, they again left screws and nails on my property. Not happy about that because I have a dog and small child which is a safety hazard. I was very surprised with the lack of attention to detail. Paid WAY more than I thought I would and got subpar work. I would not recommend or use them again.

Very impressed with the professionalism of Nick & Robert, we installed a tier 4 shingle which gives up both Hail & wind protection, & a healthy reduction on our yearly premium cost!! The crew was very shilled, work was done in one day, they cleaned everything up beautifully, roof looks great, i highly recommend Trinity Exteriors!!

Would highly recommend working with Trinity if you need your siding replaced. Jesus is amazing and responded to any questions regarding the project day or night. Crew did a fantastic job working through multiple snow storms and had great work quality.

A repeat Trinity customer. I had them come by for a 10 year checkup. My roof was still in great shape, however, soffits on each end of the house and the garage needed an upgrade. I hade the garage siding replaced and the soffits replaced. The process was smooth, the work done professionally and the communication during he job was great. I would use them again on this old house.

New window looks good, and great sales/evaluation team to work with. But the installation team didn't show up until 6pm the day they scheduled the installation, so it had to be rescheduled which was frustrating as they kept saying times they'd be there the whole day... 10am, then noon, then by 3pm, then by 5... Also found roofing nails in the yard the day after they left... Glad I found them rather than my kid or dog in their foot. But the window looks good and should solve our leak.

We had woodpecker holes in the fascia of our home and I wanted permanent repairs to fix the problem. Trinity gave us a couple of options and we decided on aluminum flashing. Jesus and his team did the work in one day and did excellent work. They were on time, very friendly, cleaned up, caulked where needed, even pounded in a few loose boards in our siding. I would hire them again for any exterior work I may need in the future. I highly recommend them. Thank you Trinity.
