My basement filled with city sewage and sat there for a few days. I called Jenna H. and her team Friday evening and they were out Monday (my choice I already sat with sewage for awhile what could a weekend hurt). They kept me up to date, answered questions when I needed them, took pictures and made this poopy situation as easy as possible.

Monday morning they came and got to work bringing everything upstairs to be sanitized. Tuesday they got everything removed, thrown away (they bring their own trucks) and started removing the walls in my basement and initial cleansing agents. Wednesday another round of cleaning agents and equipment was set up in the basement to dry and sanitize. Friday they were able to remove the equipment! My basement went from smelling like a porta potty to bubble gum. The smell of bubblegum chemicals used to clean lasted over the weekend and we kept windows open to try to move it out quicker.

Heads up make sure a garage or space is cleaned beforehand so you have a spot to put non damaged items while work is being done in whatever area is being cleaned.

Also, they might need to have multiple large pieces of equipment plugged in for an extended period of time in order to dry out everything!

My disappointment is with the call center. I had to make three calls and had to repeat information each time. I was not able to get anyone out that night. I believe that because of the delay the situation in the family room was made worse. I’m still surprised by the lack of assistance that I received that night. Servpro advertises 24 hour service. I guess that l received 24 hour service because it took T least 12 hours for anyone to help. I probably would have gone to another company but this is the one my insurance company recommended

Our project manager, Jenna Hiebner, was fabulous. Taught us so much about best practices related to water damage restoration after our sump pump failed. She led a great team who were professional, dedicated, and highly organized. Jenna always gave us an estimated arrival time. I hope we don't need these services again, but I would highly recommend Jenna to anyone.

I recently had water damage in my kitchen on my hardwood floor. Servpro was recommended highly and came to the rescue quickly. Randy Loebrick, the project manager, was here within an hour to assess the damage and start the process to help. He got crew chief Jenna Hiebner and her team to my home quickly enough to salvage my hardwood floor. They began extracting the water that had gone into the sub flooring. Within 2 days of pulling the water with vacuum mats my floor was dry enough to pull up two of the 4 mats. After two more days, they were able to remove the dehumidifier and remaining mats. I was amazed to see that my hardwood floor had minimal damage and was salvaged. Because of the expertise and the expert work by Servpro, my floor looks beautiful. I am very grateful that no further repairs were necessary. They were professional, used shoe covers and placed heavy paper down to protect the rest of my floor as they worked on the damage. They answered all of my questions with patience and empathy. Thank you Jenna, Randy and your team. I hope I never need you to come to the rescue again, but if I do, I wouldn’t use any other company. They are the best!

The Servpro team of Josh, Jay, Danielle, and Aaron were amazing. I had a lot of water damage due to a refrigerator spewing water all day while I was at work. They came in that night and extricated the water and then had four days of demo. They cleaned up each day before they left and were superb to deal with, answering all of my questions patiently when I was overwhelmed. Thank you!

I can't recommend this ServPro location enough! They provided clean up service after a sprinkler head blew at my business, causing a major flood.

Besides the actual flood itself (which was obviously not their fault) I had a great experience working with them! Dave responded quickly and came out within a few hours to do a preliminary inspection, and had Jenna, Josue, Erick and Javier on site and starting clean up efforts the same day. They had excellent communication the entire time, frequently providing updates and suggestions for clean up.

I generally hope to never need their services again, but if I did, without question I would reach out to them so I know it's taken care of quickly, professionally and with great care! :)
