I was incredibly pleased with Servpro after cold calling them in a moment of panic (on a Saturday no less) with three house guests and a flooded guest bedroom.
Dave V. arrived promptly and was extremely knowledgeable and professional in how he handled the situation, explaining the whole process to me. He had Jenna Hiebner and her team on site within a few hours. Jenna kept me abreast of her ETA and took control of the situation upon her arrival. She also was very knowledgeable and confident in her abilities to make things right which was exactly what the situation called for. We had moved some furniture out but she and her partner got out the big piece of furniture that needed to be moved and came back for a brief visit the next two days until everything was dry and under control. She took all necessary picture and between she and Dave, communicated with my insurance company making the whole thing as smooth as could be for me. My insurance company was satisfied with their report! HIGHLY recommend them both!

Jenna H. and her team did an amazing job! They were able to get out to our house right away and continued checking in until everything was dry. I had total confidence in the job they did and that there would not be future mold issues. Would definitely work with them again!!

Jenna Hiebmer and team did a fantastic job cleaning up our sump pump malfunction issue. They were prompt and got rid of the water quickly so all we lost was our carpet.

They did things in a much more logical and thorough way than another company we used prior. Beyond that, they were friendly, courteous and went out of their way to be kind to our kids during their visits. I felt completely at ease having them in our home.

I am beyond impressed with Servpro and Jenna Hiebner and her team. Our basement flooded, while my husband was traveling and I was extremely overwhelmed. Jenna and her team were here within hours of the flooding and went right into action. She explained, in detail, every step they were doing and what I should expect for the next days ahead. The crew was very professional & did an amazing job! Every single inch of walls, lights etc was cleaned and now I can breath so much better- no sore throat from the smoke smell! Money well spent! Thank you.

Jenna Heibner and her team were fabulous! We were nervous about the water damage, but Jenna assured us and explained every step along the way. They were thorough and knowledgeable, did incredible work, and were very professional and understanding. Absolute pros!!

Servpro was so great to work with. We called late on a Friday night and they were there right away on Saturday morning. Kevin, Jenna and her crew were amazing. Jenna identified all of the water spots, and the team took their time to make sure everything was dry before removing equipment. Servpro has also helped us navigate our insurance claim process which has been awesome.

I wish I could split my review. Kevin and his team did a great job demoing and drying the water damage. I’d give that experience 5 stars.
The second part doesn’t even deserve a single star. Kevin from the demo team put in several requests with the reconstruction team and did everything he could to help.
Unfortunately those requests were ignored.
So I started calling every couple of days to get a hold of someone.
Even if you call the Edina location you’ll talk to some call center that takes care of several franchise locations they eventually forward your call or put in a request. The person my call was getting forwarded to never answered the phone and voicemails and emails were constantly ignored.
After having a half demoed bathroom for months I gave up and found a company that was capable of answering their phones and actually getting the job done.

So if you don’t want to be left stranded without a fully functioning bathroom for months, I’d highly recommend choosing another company!!

We had water in our basement and they did a fantastic job with the mitigation process. It was a quick response on Saturday and they knew what they were doing. From that day they were back two or three more times to finish the work.

Servpro exceeded my expectations when my sump pump failed in April of 2024. I was going through cancer radiation at the time and made an emergency call at 10 PM and they had a crew out by midnight. They stayed until almost 4 AM to take care of starting the process.

Very clear and concise communication and they worked hard to only remove what had to go, and preserve as much as they could. It took a week of a lot of work, but in the end they were able to save a lot of my finished basement and completely remove any potential for mold. I could not have been happier. Rich Holt and Jenna Hiebner were absolute professionals. The first night Jenna had only been home a few hours after a grueling day and she came out and worked really hard! Rich was a great communicator and treated me like someone he knew! I would call them again, no hesitation! Thank you Servpro!

Jenna was the only one of 4 mold inspectors that recommended cleaning our air ducts first and retesting. After the cleaning our air tested normal! She clearly had our best interests in mind!
