We just received our last payment from our insurance company for the hail damage that we incurred last summer. We worked with Trinity Exteriors to make the repairs and I can't say enough good things about them and Pete Swanson. Pete worked with our insurance company to secure a new roof, all new siding, facia, gutters and screens.
Pete was knowledgeable, honest and direct which we appreciated. He is a great guy and we so appreciated working with him throughout the entire project. Robert and Sergio, other project managers, were also great to work with, always accessible and attentive to our questions and requests. The crews that completed the separate projects were also great to worked and created a beautiful finished project. We could not be happier with the final project and recommended Pete and Trinity to all of our neighors who also experienced damage to their homes. I would not hesitate to work with Trinity in the future and would highly recommend them to others.

After first contacting Trinity in 2019 about a leak at our bathroom fan and a roofing estimate, we finally had them replace the roofing after a big summer storm and insurance claim.

After getting many quotes, I chose Trinity to replace my roof. They were competitively priced, knowledgeable, honest, and put my needs first. Steve in sales listened to what I was looking for, answered all my questions, and provided the info to make me confident in my decision. Alejandra in production communicated frequently during and after the project. Jordan the project manager was available and on-site during and after the project to ensure everything was properly done and the site (my house) was neat and cared for. The team did a great job and the roof looks great!

I had an excellent experience with Trinity Exteriors, especially in my dealings with Jesus Ruiz and Joshua Meyer. Jesus was on the roof doing the actual repair work. He emailed me during the entire process, being very diligent in letting me know what was being done, sending pictures, and keeping me informed as to how the work was progressing. Joshua was the project manager. From our very first meeting, I knew I could rely on him. I was not wrong in that estimation. He kept in contact with me from beginning to end, and it was a pleasure to meet him and to have him as my Trinity contact. Thank you, Trinity Exteriors, but especially thank you Jesus and Joshua for helping me deal with (and repair) my leaking roof.

This company is wonderful to work with. They are honest and transparent. When I did have a small issue with some siding repairs done, they responded quickly and professionally. They showed up on time, took care of my repairs and did not even charge me a trip charge. It is rare these days to receive the customer service and communication that I received from Trinity. I highly recommend them.

My experience with Trinity was absolutely amazing!! This was my first time having a project done like this and they were so helpful. Alejandra, the production assistant, was helpful every step of the way and was never bothered by my immense amount of questions. Will, project lead, made me feel confident while picking out colors and items for our home. Additionally, each construction team that was there did a fabulous job and were so friendly! We love the final product. Our house looks great!

The quality of the product and the service provided are exceptional. We switched to Trinity after a poor experience and shoddy communication from another GC. Our experience with Trinity couldn’t have been better. Ted was great on the front end with communication and working through the insurance process. We did a facelift on our home that we have lived in since 1989. The exterior was outdated and was damaged by last May hail damage. From the very start of this process Adam and Sergio along with Jesus were nothing but perfect. The insurance process is not simple but Trinity helped the entire way. From matching new colors and fixing my “less than stellar” items that I did made our home look and feel so good. The processes that they have in place allow for no surprises and leave you with perfect information on the design and layout along with timelines. The project was so simple once they reviewed it with us. Jesus is so attentive to detail and the customer. In our experience we would not have changed one thing. Great job start to finish.

The team at Trinity was great! They gave a very fair quote and the workmanship was very professional! I especially appreciated the great communication I got from Jesus! He always kept me updated on timeframes and always asked how I wanted things done! I would highly recommend Trinity to my friends!

Blake was phenomenal with communication and timely execution of the work needed to be done. We were just putting our house on the market and he finished the work just in time for us. We called and he was able to come out same day with free estimates and great advice for a homeowner’s essay. The prices were better than expected. He was very personal and professional and we appreciate him going out of his way to help us in such short notice circumstances.

We are in the process of getting a new roof, siding, soffit, fascia and gutters from Trinity Exteriors. Our roof was completed yesterday and we are very happy with the results. The team was efficient, finishing in one day even with the extra work (re-decking) required. And Jesus is a great project manager - very communicative! We are happy that he will manage the other aspects of our project as well. Also a shout out to Nick Swanson who patiently answered our many questions as we selected a company and then picked styles, colors, etc. Great company to work with!

This addition as of August 22nd. Our previous review was just for the our roof replacement - which was the first phase of a larger project that also involved new siding, soffit and fascia, gutters and exterior lighting. As with the roof replacement, this second phase was conducted with timely professionalism and attention to detail. Every single point of contact was professional, caring, attentive and focused on meeting and exceeding our needs. All the teams were hard working and efficient - during the process several neighbors noted how hard working everyone was. They worked extra (including weekends) to offset rain delays and finished our project quickly without ever sacrificing quality.

As mentioned, everyone we worked with - from Nick in the beginning to those in the office to the crews themselves - were professional, caring experts. But again we want to give extra kudos to the project manager Jesus. We are glad to be done with the project - but will miss seeing and hearing from him daily.

We would absolutely recommend this company for any work you would like to have done on the exterior of your house!

We found Trinity Exteriors at the Eden Prairie Chamber of Commerce Spring Home & Garden Show. Tyler came out heard what our wants for the house where. The team at Trinity came back with a detailed blueprint of a project to help us achieve our goal of a maintenance free exterior. We where informed every step of the way before the work crew arrived. Our project manger Jesus and his crew took excellent care of our house during the work. They where extremely professional, polite and precise about their work. Each day they arrived on time and completely cleaned the work area when they left. We are so happy with our choice of Trinity Exteriors.

The crew from Trinity came out last Friday and replaced our shingles. They were very professional and very attentive to detail. The cleanup after the job was completed was unbelievable, the yard and flower beds looked better than before they were here!!! Very competitive price and best in market warranty. We wouldn't recommend anyone else, Trinity is the best in the business!!!

My neighbors used Trinity to remove old wood siding from front of house and replace with steel siding. It looked so good that we decided to do the same. We got a couple quotes and Trinity was by far the less expensive and included more.
Jesus and his Ecuadorian installation team were fantastic. Jesus met with us prior to the start of the job to go over everything and then was there on install day as well to make sure all went well. If not there he was only a text or phone call away. They worked a 12 hour day and got everything done in one day!

After receiving hail damage on our roof and siding we decided to do all new roof, siding and windows with Trinity Exteriors. They had replaced a roof on our home previously in addition to new gutters and gutter helmet product. We were again VERY PLEASED with their workmanship, conception ideas for the siding and window styles, and loved the workmen and women that did the job. Ted and Will helped all along the way, Tim was a great project manager that kept materials and people moving in a timely manner. There were a few decisions made on the fly and the team was great in making those happen. I could not be happier with their ideas, workmanship, responsiveness and follow through. We were able to update our home and we love it! I would definitely use them again.

Working with the people that helped me through what I wanted and what I needed to be done was wonderful. They took the time to explain everything.
The crew that did the work on the house was fabulous. They were always very personable and polite. They worked hard and worked long hours to get the job completed in a timely manor and left my yard spotless The supervisor kept me informed and provided many pictures of what had been done and explained what needed to be done. I am very excited with my new home. Thank you.

Cedar shakes on the front of house replaced with prefinished Hardie Board shakes. Sales person and owner were very cordial and thoughtful. Their original bid was 50% higher than my other two bids and I told them so. They came back with a bid that was reasonable, but still the highest. I went with them because they instilled trust in me. There were some hiccups in communication as to what was necessary to get the project rolling - i.e. color. I didn't realize they needed my color selection prior to getting me on their schedule. After that I was informed that there was difficulty in procuring the materials. Those issues ended up causing my installation to be delayed two months. The installation was done well with just a small issue required to be remedied to to pass inspection. They did a good job. I would have liked them to do a walk-through after the job was completed, but they did not. It would have avoided a second inspection. Overall, I would recommend them. I believe they care about their service and take pride in what they do.

The quality of workmanship, problem solving skills and willingness to work with us through several issue was outstanding. Alex, Jesus and crew did a fanatic job on the exterior of our house. Can’t thank them enough for the great job.

We just wrapped up our second job with Trinity (siding this time , roof 1st time around) and have to say we are thoroughly satisfied. Jesus and his crew did a great job on our siding managing through multiple storms. He was highly respnsive and communicative with updates and the guys left a clean job site. The sales process with Tyler was great with follow ups to all our questions and advice/suggestions on color and material combinations. Would highly recommend.

There professionalism was amazing. The crew worked extremely hard and were aware of our property and others. We would hire them again. The siding crew our truly experienced.
