Guy and his darling pup Tripp came out to install my fence the day very quickly after my first inquiry call. My property was more challenging than he anticipated but he stood by his phone estimate. He did a great job "training me" and my problem dog (I call her Houdini) is staying inside the fence!!

I am so happy I chose to use DogWatch of TCs for my dog fence. My puppy, Frank, loves being it and learned the borders very quickly.

I chose Dogwatch over Invisible Fence 7 years ago because of far better battery life of the collar and the fact that the battery itself is not proprietary, meaning I can buy it from anywhere. No regrets ever since. Dogwatch responded quickly to my request to repair a competitor's hidden fence, as the competitor could not come out for 7 WEEKS. They also gave me a price to change out the system to their brand, which I decided to do. They were out within a couple days and he could not have been more professional. I now have a new collar that I can reprogram myself, the batteries last two years versus a couple months. I couldn't be more pleased.

I would recommend DogWatch to anyone. Install when great and they were very responsive when our collar got damaged. Replaced with no questions asked.

Guy was great. He knows his business, and knows this works just as well as the more expensive options. Encouraged us to call him, but we didn't need to. Even when we had a couple of "escapes," we knew what to do because of his thorough training of us. Our dog has been perfectly trained for more than three weeks now.

Dog watch has been an absolutely fantastic company to work with. Afton, Guy and the entire team have supported us with our last dog and now our newest dog. Afton has personally trained both dogs on the invisible fence, and we’ve had great success because of her gentle, patient way with our dogs. This was really helpful for us because it allowed our dogs to get the fewest shocks possible, and Afton was also to get our dogs up to speed on the fence in a matter of days. Dog watch is a very professional company-they worked around our schedule, did everything we asked, and was there for us when we had questions we forgot to ask the first time (such as how do we introduce our dog to the neighbor’s dog who also has a fence). Last but not least, we’ve never had any issues with our fence, collar, or any of the products we’ve purchased from them working-everything has been perfect. We also recommend trying out the Sidewalker and the Indoor Boundaries (IB-100) as products that have really made our lives better. We used the IB-100 to teach our dog to stay out of part of our kitchen, so we can cook without our dog underfoot. So nice!! Last but not least, Dog Watch clearly cares about its customers—both human and canine, and we felt so lucky to work with them. We will always use Dog Watch, and I’m writing this review because I hope that you too will support our fabulous local business owners!!!

What a great experience. They were so personable and took the time to listen, showed us all the options, and never felt any pressure. The install experience was the same; very personal and professional. Clean installation with great attention to detail. Also took the time to ask us questions and make sure we were satisfied. What a great customer service experience!

Guy and Afton were very informative, personal and professional. They cared about my dog and her safety as well as meeting the needs of our family to contain her in the largest space possible. They went above and beyond to earn our business and the cost was competitive. Ultimately prefer a Dad and Daughter business to a commercial business that only sees the dollar signs so the decision was easy to go with Dog Watch. So far so good with training and keeping Coco contained, she loves our yard.

We did a lot of research about underground dog fences before we made our decision. We were interested in costs, but the product was certainly important as well, since we were concerned about our puppy's safety. DogWatch excelled, in part because of the cost issue, but also because the service included walking the puppy around the yard to acquaint her with the fence and the importance of respecting it. GREAT service. We definitely recommend this company!

I had an issue with my dogs collar not adjusting to the size needed, I emailed Afton about the concern. That day she sent out new collars for both of the dogs and truly cared about my experience.
