Very happy we decided to use Dogwatch! We were impressed with their quick response time and customer service! Afton and Jake were great to work with! Initially, we were skeptical because we had a bad experience with another pet containment product in the past, but we couldn't be happier with Dogwatch Twin Cities!

Designed an hourglass setup in our yard so we have a front yard son and a back yard zone. Fenced in a half acre of woods in the back so are dogs can use the whole yard. Much better pricing and service experience compared with the big name competition in town. Talked me through a simple repair when I cut my wire while gardening. They are top notch in every way. I tell people about them every chance I get.

Afton and her husband were the best! We couldn't be happier with their responsiveness, expertise and customer focused approach. Not only did they exceed our expectations, they created a lifetime customer! Our pup, Lola, loves her fence and spends most of every day outside, within her boundary. As an owner of a boxer, not sure how we could manage her on a daily basis without fully trusting in the Dogwatch fence system. If you are looking for a fence - look no further! Very professional. Worked with us when we needed to change our date do to our construction delays. Great product for a GREAT price! Definitely will recommend to anyone! Very easy to work with and our 6 month old German Shepard knew the boundaries within days.

Jake got our dog fence installed without having to cut our new paver driveway. He Creatively installed a reliable dog fence without any damage to our brand new driveway! Cudos DogWatch! We interviewed all electronic pet fence companies and chose Dog Watch because they were the best value, answered our questions completely, and did not speak poorly of their competitors. They were the only company willing to repair the existing wiring at our residence - which worked great - and they provided solid training for our two dogs. We look forward to contacting them later this summer to inquire about collars for our two cats, and would strongly recommend their services!

Jake was awesome - he repaired our IF underground fence very quickly. He left our wires and system clean and safe. He did the expected job and MUCH MORE. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

They installed our dog fence almost two years ago and they were great. They came out right away, install was quick and smooth, training was easy thanks to Guy’s instructions. We haven’t had one issue with our dog escaping. We recommended them to our neighbors this year and will recommend them to anyone wanting an underground fence. The customer service is above and beyond in every way.

I like that this is a locally-owned family business, unlike some other brands. Great communication before installation. Install was on time and very smooth. They help you and your dog with training. The system works well and it was easy to get the dog trained with their guides. I will say this system costs slightly more than a different brand, but it also seems to have tomorrow modern features. I do wish the boundary alert texts were delivered more promptly after they occur. Alerts for line breaks and dead collar battery gives piece of mind. Overall very satisfied!

We had DogWatch install an invisible fence for our dog when we first moved to this house and we upgraded to the smart fence and app after getting 2 new puppies. DogWatch was great to work with - friendly, responsive, and good quality work and initial training with the dogs (and humans). The initial installation was really economical and a good value. When we upgraded the equipment we added 2 collars and included some repairs as well (due to landscaping and cutting the fence). For all that was done, I felt the pricing was good. I also really like supporting local businesses.

They are busy, but for a reason. They do great work! I was quoted a price to repair my fence, but there were a couple more issues that needed to be corrected. I expected a higher charge, but they stuck with their word on the original quote. Very nice and professional. Definitely recommend!

Communication, planning, installation, and customer care.They are in all of the areas. We are a first-time dog owner, and they provided us with very good guidance on the installation of the fence and training. They also provide very competitive pricing. Highly recommended!

We have had DogWatch product for over 3 years and so far the product has worked great. We had a collar issue recently, and DogWatch sent out the replacement parts immediately, plus additional batteries. The issue was normal wear an tear after 3 years of use. We have it on a low setting, but the beep is enough to keep our dog in the yard. Our dog does so well in yard now, we don't always feel the need to put on collar. Highly recommend!

Wonderful experience with DogWatch! We called them out to repair a portion of our Invisible Fence who said it would take 6 to 8 weeks for them to come out. DogWatch was able to come out in 2 days. They were able to find the severed wire quickly and fix it. Recommend them for quick service!

Hands down a company worth using for your in-ground dog fence. They are great to work with and quick to respond to any issue. I’ve broken my fence several times doing yard work and they are ALWAYS quick to help find and fix the break! We’ve got the same system in 3 locations so it’s always easy to bring our dogs to the in-laws or the cabin! I’ve even had an issue with a collar and they worked with me on a holiday weekend to get me a replacement so I could take it to our cabin for a worry free weekend. Great people and a great product!

I had Jake out to my house this week to get my dog fence repaired. He did a great job figuring out where their was a damaged wire. We are so relieved to have it up and running again.
