I really like their flowers and roses collection, and their boutique is really nice. Very clean and spacious shop. The only thing that usually bothers me that service can sometimes be really slow

Very disappointed in Bachmans for not standing by their product! I bought four bouquet s of Bachmans tulips at Byerly's that promptly wilted. I tired to exchange them at a Bachmans store and they wouldn't do it! They could clearly see the Bachmans name on the sleeve of the product and they wouldn't do anything about it. I was having a shower the next day and was pressed for time! Very disappointed and will not buy their products again if that is how they treat their customers. If their name is on the product, they should have been able to exchange!!!!!!

This absolutely my favorite place in Eden Prairie. It is decorated so beautifully for the Christmas season. Plan to take your time browsing through the wonderful rooms!

Exactly what I needed! I stopped in on and was blown away by all the options. Everyone was very kind and helpful! I got three different bouquets, they were all arranged pretty solid.

I had a question about a problem plant. Very helpful associates were there to give me suggestions on how to save my plant. That is why I love Bachman's!! Great help and products!

There's always someone knowledgeable around to help feed my plant addiction. Plus they have a great policy on returns if my house isn't conducive to growing the plant I chose.

Be sure to join their loyalty program. It's no charge and one gets extended warranty on perrenials and a two year warranty on trees!! Great deal when experimenting.

Amazing service! I'm not from the area and really needed nice roses in the middle of January (I know right?) and they had exactly what I was picturing and they were super helpful! Would recommend highly.

Pests and more pests! I buy houseplants from various places but every time I buy from Bachman’s, they have a pest. House plants will have spider mites on them and succulents will have mealy bugs. After 3rd purchase from this place with infected plants, it is no coincidence. I have kept these plants isolated from others to ensure they aren’t infecting more and that they are the host. Home Depot and Menard’s have pest-free plants, which is where I purchase from now!

Tons of great quality products for the season and beyond. Always a calming environment that brings you into the spirit. The staff is always amazing and knowledgeable.

One can always rely on Bachmans.....for selection, plant advice, plant solutions and very helpful pleasant employees. Contrary to earlier review I have always found a great selection. They may not have everything but who possible could. And I find their selection of gift items excellent.

Stop in once in a while to get small flower arrangements and it's always a pleasure. Amazing store, friendly and helpful employees. The flower arrangements are always beautiful and artistic. Great job Bachman's!!

I ordered crosages for my wedding today, and the ladies that helped me were very patient, kind and carried conversation the whole time. They never tried to up sale me and helped me get a product I needed and wanted, and that fit with what I needed for my special day. You definitely get the product and service you pay for here and i would reccomend it to anyone needing flowers of any kind!

Updated: Upon picking the flowers up a month later they claimed they had no record of be buying the flowers, even after I showed the receipt, and told me to come back later.
