Jeff was always easy to speak twith and had a very upbeat phone personality. He connected me to a great electrician who was smart , efficient and correct in his diagnosis and repair of my electrical issue. I would recommend Jeff to anyone who wanted great customer support and honest answers to your questions. ( I had used two different pool companies before finding Valet Pool Company and have had an inground pool for about 20 years). Not all pool companies are the same. Jeff and Valet Pool Companiy stands out from the rest.
We can’t thank Valet Pools enough for their help and guidance over the past 3 years. When we bought our house as first-time pool owners, we had no idea what we were getting into. Charlie and his team have been amazing to work with and helped us completely transform our outdated set-up into a daily enjoyment. We tried other companies previously and they did not compare to the service and level of satisfaction Valet Pools has provided us. Responsive, reliable and just overall awesome to work with.
The new owner who took over in the summer of 2023 is dreadful. He also owns Valet Pool. His demeanor is rude and unprofessional. Their pricing is excessively high, despite the misleading impression given by their longstanding history since 1968, the company changed ownership about a year ago. We've been loyal customers of Custom Pools for over 30 years, appreciating Ginny and the team's honesty, reliability, and fair pricing. Unfortunately, the new owner's advice on pool filters was poor, with prices inflated to double what they should be. When I attempted to return the unused filters due to the exorbitant cost, the owner verbally attacked me in the store and continued his aggressive behavior in the parking lot, causing fear of potential violence.
Charlie and Jeff are awesome. Got us a pool in our timeframe and competitive price. As a small business owner I know what it takes and these guys “get it” Jeff was at my pool Saturday night at 9pm hooking up the WiFi controls Thank you so much!!!
