I cannot say enough positive things about working with Construction Pros! Andre is the best!!
They handled the maintenance for the apartment building I lived in for 2 years, and while I could never get a response from management about anything - Andre was always SO attentive and responsive to any service/maintenance requests. They have regularly gone above and beyond to address issues in the building (which SHOULD have been addressed by management, but that's another story) and I have always been impressed by their quick response and communication. I felt like I could rely on them to get the job done professionally and promptly and communicate with me on all aspects of the project. Andre also recently helped me with some things I needed during the move-out process and again, he went above and beyond to help make a stressful time with a terrible management company a lot easier.
I would highly recommend working with them - I am a small business owner as well and know that good communication, prompt resolution of issues, and LISTENING to your customers is key - they do all this on top of performing a great job for the services hired for.

Andre with Construction Pros has been amazing to work with. As an out-of-state landlord I have relied on him for everything from middle of the night emergency maintenance to larger bids for remodels and repairs. I have worked with a number of maintenance groups for rental properties, and I can say without hesitation that Andre is the most personable and honest in his estimates and pricing. He is constantly looking for ways he can cut me a break on pricing, from giving me discounts for repeated tenant requests to charging me normal rates when it's actually after hours on a holiday (yes, this really happened :).

Construction Pros is a fantastic company! They handle maintenance for the rental company I currently rent from, and my experience with them has been highly exceptional from the beginning. Matt, who's been to my home multiple times for repairs, is always personable, communicative when I have questions, and reassuring when I have concerns. I'm very grateful to have them as my go-to for my renter needs, in regards to maintenance issues. I've had mostly poor experiences in the past with maintenance workers/companies through my rental history, but Construction Pros restored my faith and trust in rental maintenance companies, honestly. Jon repaired a cracked ceiling from a leak and a hole in our wall. He was timely, precise and fairly priced. We are very pleased with the work.

Jon did an excellent job fixing our ceilings after some other contractor did a hack job removing the old popcorn. Great professional! Even fixed some popped nails and some wall patches that I hadn't finished myself yet, free of charge.

Jon repaired the textured ceiling in our 1940's home after we had water damage. He was timely, professional, and did a perfect job. He also gave shared tips for further small repairs if I wanted to do them myself. I would refer him to anyone who needs ceiling work done.He also does indoor painting which I may use him for.

Jon did a fabulous job skim coating one our bedrooms after we scraped the popcorn ceiling and removed wainscoating/1970s skip trowel texture from the walls. He was prompt, communicated well, and his pricing was fair. Highly recommend!

Jon repaired a bedroom ceiling that needed to be cut open to resolve a plumbing leak. He was very responsive, came out and gave me a detailed quote of work to be done. The repair looks great you cannot even see it. Will definitely call Jon again in the future if the need arises.

We have worked with Jon on several projects over the last few years - scraping/smoothing popcorn ceilings, repairing cracks in walls/ceilings & finish mud/taping large new drywall remodeled spaces.

Jon did an absolutely awesome job on my bathroom and living room! Nice guy, personable, and really knows what he's doing.

In terms of the job itself, my favorite part was there wasn't any dust when he sanded the new joints. I don't know if anyone else out there has done their own drywall before, but half the mess is the sanding and the dust from sanding. So nice not to have that mess to clean up later.

I will have no trouble hiring Jon again!

Jon has done two drywall finishing projects for us (tape, coat, and sand) and we're so happy with the outcome. He is very professional, efficient, and a great communicator. He also kept the work area very clean. 10/10 recommendation!
