Constraction reviews in Edina, Minnesota

Cloudline Exteriors is a great company to work with for storm damage inspections and insurance claims. They're dependable, professional and effective.

Have had a number of great experiences with the service from Cloudline Exteriors. Very competitive pricing and high quality work.

Ben & his team did great work on the exterior of my condo. It was a unique project that needed to meet not only the City, but HOA approval. They took it on, worked through multiple hurdles, and got the job done well.

I know Ben as a business owner and would recommend him to anyone as a trusted resource in an industry where that's always not true! We've used Cloudline multiple times and had a great experience.

I would 100% recommend Cloudline Exteriors for your construction needs. They replaced my roof on my home this Spring. They were very responsive and able to work with my schedule. I was out of town on vacation and came home to brand new roof!

Ben and Cloudline Exteriors do what many other HOA specific exteriors companies don't. From the comprehensive inspection reports completed by drone or in person, the storm monitoring system, and the project tracking software (most excited to use!). They truly go 'Above and Beyond' to ensure that their clients get the service they need, and we look forward to continue working with them for many years to come.

A great experience with the entire crew from Ben, the owner to all of the crew doing our new patio. The demolishion and pouring of the new patio went without issues and the results were more than I'd hoped for. They were on time both days and worked very well with another contractor who had to be present at the same time.
I'd recommend them to any one!

I manage a 9 unit townhouse association in Northeast Minneapolis. Cloudline recently completed a roof replacement project and we couldn't be happier. Service was prompt and professional and we were continuously apprised of the project's status. All the details were seen to.

Cloudline replaced the roof of my condo building. Their presentation was very professional and complete. I appreciated that they did a site visit assessment before beginning work. They were flexible and communicative throughout the process, and made efforts to minimize inconvenience to the building's residents. We appreciated the work!

Ben and his team are professional responsive to inquiries and very easy to work with. Their hard work and passion to produce the best job possible shows in their craft. My roof thanks them for their hard work (as does my family). Thanks Cloudline Exteriors!

Cloudline Exteriors is highly recommended for roof and gutter replacement. I was very impressed with the daily photo and descriptive updates throughout the project. In fact, communication was A+ from start to finish!

We had a fantastic experience with Ben & Cloudline Exteriors. They are truly a step above the competition in every facet: expertise, quality, responsiveness, and professionalism. Ben & team went above and beyond from our initial consultation until the project was complete. I would highly recommend.

Cloudline has proven time and again to be reliable, timely and professional with each job they do for my communities. The work is top quality. I would recommend for any exterior needs! Also, if there is an insurance claim, they will take very good care of your property! Definitely 5 stars!

Cloudline recently completed a complex roofing replacement for a community that I manage involve both asphalt and membrane flat roofing. Ben and his team provided excellent service from the initial bid process to the finished product. Many community members have reach out with praise on the professionalism of the site crew.

Our Property Management company has worked with Cloudline for several years now navigating storm claims for Townhomes and Condo Associations. The services they provide are professional and prompt, they are very clean, and our unit owners always say the workers are pleasant to work with.

Cloudline Exteriors completed a full residing and trim of our house using LP smart siding. They did an excellent job and had good communication skills. The prices was competitive as well. We were able to work closely with the contractor and incorporate our ideas into the final project - and it turned out great. We love our "new home." I'd highly recommend.

Cloudline Exteriors replaced my storm damage roof and did an outstanding job. Ben was very helpful in outlining the process , working with the insurance company, working with our gutter provider , helping us to pick out the right roof shingles and made several trips to our home to help us navigate the process. His crew did an outstanding job of demolishing and rebuilding the roof without disrupting my wife , myself or our family dog. They were attentive to our needs and did an overall great job, starting and finishing the job on time as well as cleaning up every little piece of debris . I couldn't have been more pleased with the finished project and would recommend them highly !

Ben and his crew from Cloudline were great to work with! Their communication and work were top notch! They were able to resolve the exterior leak in just one working visit - they explained what the issue was and how they were going to resolve it.

The good value category was not applicable in my situation since I live in a townhome and the association covered the repair. I didn’t see an estimate or the bill.

Cloudline Exteriors is a very professional company that does great work for its multifamily clients. I've known and worked with Ben for several years and I would 100% recommend him for your next insurance claim or construction project! He is very detailed and answers questions in a timely manner. He will not let you down!

I really appreciate the time, effort, and care that went into resolving an issue at a property I manage. The team was persistent, thorough, and communicative every step of the way. It's clear they take pride in what they do, and I’m grateful for their dedication in making sure the issue was fully and thoughtfully resolved.

We recently completed a roofing project at a large apartment community with Cloudline. Ben and all of the guys were wonderful to work with. They are professional, kind and really great at what they do. They even brought a food truck in for the residents which everyone thought was magnificent! We will definitely use them again!
